Mark was an excellent host. He was very welcoming, warm, and was always checking we were both OK or how we would like our breakfast which was amazing.
Our room was upgraded and so big, lots of space which we 😍 loved.
Mark is so pleasent which made a difference we loved talking with him.
Nothing everything was excellent for our stay.

The breakfast was really good. The location was the best I could find and afford on those dates.
You may want to check your ability to deign a survey questionnaire; it doesn't have the subtlety to recognise that individual aspects can contradict an overall experience - too many variables that a sledge hammer questionnaire cannot account for.
You should also perhaps consider removing the patronising comments.
Here's a good example: - I didn't like the long walk to and from the front but that is not something that can be changed
