Merton House

I loved everything. I was made to feel so welcome & relaxed. My room was comfortable & spotlessly clean. My visit was a little stressful, visiting elderly relatives plus cramming in a meeting with some friends in a very short time frame. Without Marks care & attention it may have not ran so smoothly! I feel blessed to find such a great little B & B. & didn't want to go home! It was also a pleasure meeting Marks wife Helene who was also lovely.

Mark and Helena were exceptional hosts. We had a wonderful stop over and very nice breakfast. Thanks guys - I’ll bring biltong next time 😋

There’s nothing not to like about!!

Mark was an excellent host. He was very welcoming, warm, and was always checking we were both OK or how we would like our breakfast which was amazing. Our room was upgraded and so big, lots of space which we 😍 loved. Mark is so pleasent which made a difference we loved talking with him.

Nothing everything was excellent for our stay.

The breakfast was really good. The location was the best I could find and afford on those dates. You may want to check your ability to deign a survey questionnaire; it doesn't have the subtlety to recognise that individual aspects can contradict an overall experience - too many variables that a sledge hammer questionnaire cannot account for. You should also perhaps consider removing the patronising comments.

Here's a good example: - I didn't like the long walk to and from the front but that is not something that can be changed
