Special cottage house!

La cedre is a beautiful cottage house, surroundaded by a lovely well-kept garden, with spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast is abundant with lots of home-made jams that were delicious! The position is great, 15-20 mins from typical villages such as Lourmarin, Roussillon and Gordes. The pool after a hot day walking around was also really refreshing! But the real added value are the hosts Francoise and Yvon! They make this place special and make you feel like you're at home. Our daughter didn't want to leave =D

A typical french vacation, la joie de vivre.

We felt very spoiled for the entire period we spent at La Cedre. The house is a typical provencal house, comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful garden that offers a lot of places to relax. Francoise and Yvon are wonderful hosts, very friendly and kind, and made us feel like home together with their playful dog Omega and their cat. They gave us plenty of advices on what to visit in the Luberon and make the most out of our journey. The traditional french breakfast was delicious with a variety of home made delicacies and served in an elegant manner, a great way to start the day. We left with the thought in mind that we will return to La Cedre to spend more quality time in this beautiful area.

Exceptional - more “Provence” feeling then we expected - would stay there anytime

The house was in beautiful Provence country setting. The hosts clearly loves their home and land around - just like we do at home up on Cooper Mountain

Host attends is exceptionally helpfull. Very well finished and clean room. Felt at home right away.

Airco would be nice, but the host provided electric fan which kept us cool.

Amazing

Yvon and Francoise were fabulous hosts and were so helpful when we had a small problem with our car. The location was perfect for us and within easy driving distance of the town. The property had lots of facilities for guests, including a pool. The breakfast was so amazing we are sorry we could not do it the justice it deserved. Our host is also an amazingly talented artist and we enjoyed looking at his paintings. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The drop from the main road at the entrance was a little high for our low car but we managed that without too much trouble.

Séjour très agréable

Très belle chambre d'hôtes, nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer un très agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et gentils, ils nous ont aidé dans une situation imprévue et nous les remercions beaucoup! La maison est dans une belle propriété, très verdoyante et soignée. Nous espérons y retourner l'année prochaine pour visiter d'autres endroits dans cette belle région.

Une expérience agréable, à renouveler

Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et très varié, servi sur la terrasse face au jardin. Nous avons eu la chance de goûter aux figues du jardin et aux merveilleuses confitures maison, aux saveurs originales comme celle aux tomates vertes ou à la clémentine. Chambre très jolie, bien meublée et confortable. Hôtes très accueillants, à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Le petit plus: la piscine!

Das Frühstück war mehr als man essen kann.Von Obst,bis Brioche,Baquette,Kuchen,viele versch. Marmelade,Ei,Joghurt,Pudding.Kaffee,Saft.Mehr als genug Für jeden was dabei.

Es gibt nichts,was mir nicht gefallen hat.War alles perfekt.

Das Paradies wird nicht schöner gewesen sein !!

Super freundliche Gastgeber, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Haben uns wertvolle Tips zur Region und Restaurants gegeben. 5 Tage wie im Paradies gelebt, ein traumhaftes gepflegtes Anwesen. Diverse Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten fanden wir auf dem himmlisch zubereiteten Frühstückstisch, frischer Kaffee, Croissons, Baquette und Kuchen dazu, daneben Müsli, Pudding, frischer Fruchtsaft und vieles vieles mehr..... Bars und Restaurants in 5minütiger Autofahrt in Apt zur Genüge vorhanden. Carport vor der Türe, Poolbereich sehr einladend und sauberes Wasser (hatten vorgestern 30°C im Pool, draussen 29°C) Die Betten super bequem und alle Zimmer blitzblank sauber. Auch der Haushund Omega begrüßte uns jeden Morgen, bekam en retour viele Streicheleinheiten unsererseits. Alles in Allem sehr schöne unvergessliche Tage bei den Rossignols. Vielen Dank, oder merci beaucoup 😘

Très beau séjour, jardin magnifique, des hôtes au petits soins et très sympathiques.

Le petit déjeuner était très complet. La propriété est très bien placée et très calme. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent se reposer. Nous recommandons.

Prima geeignet für 2 oder mehr Übernachtungen in Apt. Nette Besitzerin, prächtiger Garten.

Wunderbare Lage etwas außerhalb von Apt und abseits der Straße. Paradiesisches und sehr gepflegtes Gartengrundstück. Parkplatz mit Sonnenschutz. Terrasse mit eigenem überdachten Sitzplatz zum Chillen und Frühstücken direkt vor dem Zimmer. Insgesamt drei Zimmer: Schlafraum, Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlicher Liege und Sofa zum Fernsehen, Bad mit Dusche. Frühstück typisch französisch mit reicher Auswahl an selbstgemachter Marmelade. Sehr guter Stützpunkt für Wanderungen im Luberon, z.B. Gorges de Regalon, die Felsen von Lioux oder die Ockerfelsen bei Roussillon.

Die Toilette ist außerhalb der drei Zimmer auf dem Flur des Hauses und wird auch von den anderen Hausbewohnern und Gästen genutzt.
