We would like to stay longer but this place was already fully booked :)

Beatifull cottage in a quiet place, separate entrance to your own part. Huge rooms, very clean and cozy. Nice garden with a small playground for kids. Awesome St.Peter-Ording beach is 10 mins driving. You can spend there the whole day, it's about 5 kms long and despite of many people there's still more than enough private space for rest. Sea is warm and shallow, perfect for kids.

No soap or shampoo neither in the bathroom and the kitchen. Tuemlauer Koog itself has no beaches, so you have to go to St.Peter-Ording anyway. Please be aware of no free parking by the beach + it is necessary to pay a resort fee. Best way is to drive right to the beach by car, daily admittance for the car + 2 adults is 12 eur, kids for free. Nearest parking costs min 6 eur + beach entrance fee 3 eur/adult and 1.5 eur/kid and you'll have to walk then for another 10 mins.

Da wir explizit nach einer Unterkunft mit waschmöglichkeit gesucht haben war das mit dem waschen etwas ärgerlich. Dennoc

Die Lage ist wunderschön! Es ist nur hat drumherum und man ist völlig in der Natur! Ein toller Garten der im Sommer sicher viel Spaß macht!

Waschmaschine und Trockner sind nicht auf dem Zimmer, sondern in einem separaten Raum, was nicht schlimm ist! Allerdings ist beides kostenpflichtig und kostet je „Gang“ 2,50 in 50ct Münzen! Diese muss man halt haben 😅 Nach dem Waschen dann schnell die Wäsche in der Maschine holen, da sonst die türentriegelung ohne Strom nicht mehr ging (wobei der Besitzer im nachgang meinte, dass es hier auch eine manuelle entriegelung gegeben hätte!)

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schön ruhig gelegen. Ausreichend Handtücher etc. 10 Minuten von Sankt Peter Ording entfernt. Ein Café in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leider befanden sich noch Reste von Tomatensauce in einer Pfanne, eine andere Pfanne war von innen noch sehr fettig. Die Kochutensilen waren fettig/klebrig. Die Küchenmöbel klebrig und fettig. Die Dusche ist sehr verschmutzt. In vielen Ecken schmutz, Spinnweben und tote Insekten. Spinnweben im und am Türrahmen. Die Fenster laden nicht gerade zum rausschauen ein überseht mit Spinnweben, Spinnen und Fliegenkot, lange nicht gereinigt. Unter dem Bett im Schlafzimmer befanden sich sehr viele Haare und Gegenstände aufgefallen bei der Reinigung/ Besenreines verlassen. Ich denke da hat die Dame der Reinigung noch Potenzial.

Kleine Wohnung auf dem Land in guter Nähe zu St Peter Ording

Kleine Wohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen. Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck. Küche hat alles Notwendige an Geschirr und Töpfen. Bett ist gemütlich. Heizung funktioniert gut, Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber. WLAN-Empfang ist nicht gut (aber zumindest vorhanden), aber das steht ja auch in der Beschreibung.

Ich kam abends in der kältesten Woche des Winters an, und die Heizung war ausgestellt (bzw. stand auf Frostschutz) - da hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Fürsorge gewünscht, die Nacht war ein wenig kalt. In der kleinen Wohnung gibt es kein Sofa (sieht man ja auch), und die beiden Sessel sind auf Dauer auf der eher (sehr) harten Seite, einfache Kissen wären nett. Sonst war aber alles in Ordnung.

Von außen ein schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus allerdings mit Renovierungsbedarf.

Die Schlüsselübergabe lief über einen Schlüsseltresor, die Angaben zur Wohnung und Ausstattung kamen frühzeitig und waren ausführlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, der Fussboden stellenweise locker. Es gab reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, leider wirkte alles nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasseplatten standen teilweise hoch (Stolperfalle). Das Mobiliar war teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, es gab abgeplatzte Lackstellen. Die Heizungsthermostate waren nicht in Ordnung, liefen sogar auf Nullstellung, was bei warmen Temperaturen nicht angenehm ist.
