Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral. Weitere Wege in Sankt Peter Ording sind normal. Zu den Supermärkten keine drei Minuten Fussweg. Ausgesprochen ruhige Lage. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Stabiles WLAN.

Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt, daher für Freilauf Hunde aufgrund der Nähe zur Hauptstraße nicht sicher. Der beschriebnene Waschtrockner ist lediglich eine Waschmaschine. Die vorhandene Couch ist nicht bequem.
