Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig, Stadtzentrum sowie Bushaltestelle zu Fuß gut erreichbar, die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet
Leider bieten die Schlafräume viel zu wenig Stauraum für die Kleidung bei längerem Aufenthalt muss man aus dem Koffer leben, unter anderem ist es sehr schade das es für die große Terrasse und den Garten keine Liegemöbel gibt

Die Wohnung ist, vor allem für 2 Personen, für eine Ferienwohnung extrem groß. Leider gehen wohl einige Urlauber mit fremdem Eigentum nicht so gut um, wie mit dem eigenen. D.h., an den Wänden u. dem Boden sind einige Schrammen, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm ist. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist super, das Bad schön groß mit begehbarer Dusche u. Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche ist tadellos. Nur ein wenig mager eingerichtet. Das haben wir aber schon dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Die Sauna im Haus haben wir nicht genutzt, aber auch dort ist alles tip top sauber. Das Haus liegt auch recht gut im Stadtteil Bad. Über einen kleinen Waldweg ist man in 12 - 15 Min im Ortskern. Parkplätze stehen direkt vorm Haus zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
