All in all a good stay for some nights.

It was an uncomplicateded stay. I felt free to move in and out any time. Host was open to hear my need of a softer pillow and change it or to make warm Milk for us in the morning.

It was not so convinient to share one bathroom including Toilette and shower in one with other guets and the host family.. It would be different to pay less.. Then it would be completly okay to wait until you can use the bathroom.

Ottimo appoggio per una notte

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si è a casa di una persona, il bagno è in comune a un'altra stanza, ci vuole spirito di adattamento. Io avevo bisogno solo di un appoggio per la notte ed è stato perfetto. La padrona di casa è molto gentile. La casa e l'arredamento sono datati, ma ciò rende il soggiorno "folcloristico", bella la vista dalla finestra.

Avrei gradito la TV in camera.

Es war sehr privat, hübsch und kuschelig. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge aus dem Fenster.

Es war nur ein Zimmer. Man hatte kein eigenes Bad. Die Wohnungsbesitzerin und Ihr Sohn waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich.

Soggiorno piacevole

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a Levico e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben posizionata, con un’atmosfera rilassante che rende il soggiorno piacevole. Il voto complessivo è 9: esperienza quasi perfetta. L’unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è la colazione, che sarebbe ancora più gradevole con una scelta un po’ più ampia o curata. Nel complesso, consigliatissima!

Отличное место переночевать или остановиться на несколько дней если на машине

Лучше не придумаешь. Нужно было переночевать в дороге от аэропорта к трекингу около Ортизеи. Все очень понравилось, хозяйка помогла во всем, накормила отличным завтраком. Заселились поздно, оказалось не проблема, уехали рано, только приятные впечатления, рекомендуем.

Ci vuole l'Arte per gestire certe case

Siamo venuti in Trentino per un evento sportivo, ma non credevamo di trovare una struttura che soddisfacesse tutte le nostre esigenze. Eccezionale l'attenzione alla sicurezza degli ospiti, grazie ad una eccellente celerità nel controllo della chiusura della porta d'accesso ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Per quanto riguarda la presenza all'interno dell'immobile di statue e quadri di assoluto rilievo artistico non mi esprimo in quanto non ne ho competenza ma il mio collega mi ha fatto notare l'importante valore delle opere. La posizione è strategica, nei pressi del corso principale, delle terme e del negozio di Kebab. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie massima attenzione ai servizi igienici e pulizia della stanza ottima. Per concludere il piatto forte della casa, la colazione, il fiore all'occhiello è la colazione a buffet comprendente tutto l'immaginabile e anche oltre. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Soggiorno grottesco, da non ripetere

Le uniche cose positive sono la posizione, ottima, limitrofa al centro e facilmente raggiungibile. Il navigatore ci ha portati nel parcheggio di fronte alla stradina di accesso alla casa che è a pagamento nei giorno feriali.

La pulizia non è il massimo, soprattutto se si considera che le 2 stanze a disposizione per gli ospiti sono state occupate dalla mia famiglia: ci siamo trovati un bagno non pulito al momento del check-in che, come da indicazioni, abbiamo comunicato aggiornando in tempo reale la nostra posizione. Letti poco comodi, ambienti poco curati, atmosfera grottesca. Abbiamo alloggiato in altre strutture con medesimi prezzi e caratteristiche, perciò possiamo fare paragoni. Ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto gentile, sebbene distacco , che parlava con noi tramite il proprietario nascosto in cucina, che non si è fatto vedere (ma rispondeva ai miei messaggi). Il salotto mostrato in foto non è a disposizione degli ospiti e nemmeno la cucina in cui si è accolti solo per la colazione. Insomma, non cercavamo un hotel a 5 stelle, ma almeno un ambiente in ordine, un letto comodo e un bagno pulito.
