Great apartment in the heart of Keswick!

Great apartment! Plenty of space, comfy beds and hot water in the showers. Fab location.

Could do with a smart tv, haven't had to watch terrestrial for years! Would have been great to have a choice of platforms. Didn't spoil the stay though as we were out most of the time

Its location so near the town. Bright and airy. Bedrooms all ensuite. Lift.

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location.

Excellent well equipped and spacious apartment. Just a few minute walk to the centre of Keswick, with plenty of amenities near by. The apartment is ideal for up to six people. Three good size bedrooms, all en-suite and ample storage in the rooms. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking pots and pans if you prefer to eat in. Clean modern bright decor throughout. Definitely would go back.

I can’t think of much. Probably a more visible note of the WiFi password, which is located on the back of the WiFi hub. A simplified instruction for the heating thermostat would be useful.

Despite the little niggles, its a good apartment for the larger group and I would book again.

Stayed in this apartment a while ago and as my wife is nearly blind it suits her as the whole place is on one level. The location is good near to the centre but still very peaceful.

Not happy about parking being restricted to one car, the apartment sleeps 6 so clearly guests would use two cars. As the car park is a bit tight a parking permit should be provided. Also unhappy with the arrival and departure times, feel as if we had wasted a day of our holiday. The practise of stripping linen to protect the cleaners against COVID is now surely unnecessary and not in line with hotel practise for example.

Very disappointing. A 3 day stay that was marred by dirty apartment.

A flat that had been cleaned before our arrival. Disgusted to see used sanitary wear, unflushed toilets, dirty bed linen Dirty floors…

Did not like 9am departure and that we had to strip our beds and put out the rubbish :( also we ran out of toilet roll :( not the best end to our weekend

Good location, very clean house, modern decor and comfortable beds.

Great location, central to town for all pubs, cinema and close to the Lake.

There were only two negatives for us. There was only 2 sets of door keys for 6 adults. The people in the apartment above were noisy, fortunately they left and the following people were quiet.

Perfect place for a wintry family break.

Three double bedrooms, all with ensuites. Well appointed kitchen, well placed dining table, comfortable sofas. Super location. Quick response to lighting issue.

Two bedside lights weren't working. Cheap, thin, toilet rolls - no spares. Allocated parking space was awkwardly positioned and scantily sized. Door keys were a bit temperamental.

Poor TV. Needs to be a Smart TV for this standard of property. The TV signal was down for 2 days. Clearer instructions on how the heating system worked. Big difference in temperature between lounge and much cooler bedrooms.

A lovely apartment but…

Location was perfect between lake and centre of town.

Had to hunt to find Wi-Fi passwords - should have been written down somewhere. 9 am departure on last day was just mean - had to get up real early to do all the cleaning chores, etc - should have been 10 am. We had 3 cars and with only 1 parking space had to constantly tour the adjacent streets for parking spaces.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is decent size with 3 bedrooms + 3 ensuites + 1 WC in addition to the living area. That worked really well for our family and everyone liked the place. It is very close to the town center, comes with its own parking and great base to explore Lake District. Highly recommend it.

fabulous spacious apartment- very clean. very warm. great location.

Unfortunately a noisy family in the apartment above us with a very young child running around. It felt this child was going to come through the bedroom ceiling at times. we couldn’t hear any talking or noise, just stomping around. This didn’t spoil our holiday.

Weekend with friends

Standard of the apartment was very good with comfortable beds, there was nothing lacking and to top it all it was so close to all the shops,restaurants and bars but more importantly the lakes and mountains. Would highly recommend and would rebook in a instant.
