Location was great, easy walk to all the delights of Keswick.
The views of the mountains from the apartment were superb.
The water pressure and power of the shower in the main bathroom was great (I didn't try the ensuite).
The flat was really warm - cracking heating system.
The beds were just about doubles and the duvets very thin.
The lounge furniture wasn't adequate for 4 adults: two of us on the sofa, one on the small armchair and one of us had to sit on a dining table chair. Two sofas would have been more comfortable.
4pm check in and 9am checkout having stripped all the beds and put the rubbish out as requested, wasn't very relaxing!

Wonderful location, good facilities and comfortable
Parking is difficult - the roads are narrow and you had to park several streets away unless you were lucky.
WiFi was awful and phone signal poor - much as I do not like to rely on the Internet, planning trips and booking restaurants was very difficult as a result! It has been mentioned several times in their guest book!

Beds very uncomfortable,too many stairs up to property, carpets desperately need a clean made whole place feel dirty

Great location
It was absolutely FREEEEZING! The television was stupidly small. Put that television in the main bedroom and buy a new one. There wasn’t any shower gel. We had to be out by 9am and we were told to strip the beds to boot. Not great.
