Monte Verde’s location is unbeatable. Close to the bus stop, beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and a major mall, we were able to find everything we needed. Carmelo was an exceptional host, communication was excellent, and he gave several tips that made our stay extra memorable.

Great communication before arrival
Carmelo is a most attentive host.
The location of this family run property is superb; near the bus station and between the beach front and commercial shopping centres.
The apartments provide everything needed and are very clean and spacious.

The host was great, Carmelo is really welcoming, friendly and professional, super nice! The place is very close to the beach and shops and the quality-price ratio for the apartment is really good! It has a large terrace, pool, chill area, separate bedroom and air conditioning. It was a nice stay and we'll definitely come back here whenever we come to Puerto Rico. Thank you!
The batroom could use an upgrade (shower drain, shower head and mirror). The bedsheets and blankets could use a thorough washing and the pillows were very hard. Also, maybe some mosquito nets at the bedroom window could be considered.
But overall is a good value.
