Felt safe and secure, nice smaller place so not too busy. All u needed for a great stay, complimentry drinks coffee ect. Cleaning stuff provided and plenty toilet rolls. Wifi strong and free. Felt really comfortable . Beds comfy
Great communication from staff and available if any questions.
Bit tired round the edges but there's a refurb happening
If I had to have negatives it would be not many UK TV channels or Netflix/prime option and couldn't mirror from tablet to the TVs but I managed to catch my TV faves. Noisy neighbours but that's not palm suits fault . Would have preferred white towels.
Non of the above would stop me returning. Prefer the smaller accomodation to big hotels and this one is definitely worth a return visit. 😁👍

We had a lovely stay at Palm suites! It is not fancy but had everything we needed, the flat was clean and well equiped. The kids really enjoyed the heated and well managed pool and pool area. Everything else you need like supermarkets, restaurants and the beach is just a short walk away.
