Fantastic location with beautiful views
Fantastic location, peaceful surroundings with amazing views and very handy for sightseeing. Stephen provided a generous welcome pack and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spacious and spotless so good value for money.

Enjoyable stay in a charming cottage
Very peaceful cottage with superb views over the Calder valley. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, it included bread milk butter wine crisps and water. Tea coffee and sugar was also left for us to use. The kitchen has everything you need.
The doors that separate the lounge from the kitchen will not close which allows the cold air to come through.

Do not stay here unless you want a big nasty surprise
Location on farm and the local village shop. Also stunning scenery and amazing views.
Bathroom was small. Boiler wouldn't stay on. Heating was terrible and only worked when it wanted to. Had to knock on surrounding buildings to find the property and get access to the property as wasnt given any instructions or key safe codes. Went to shop and bought potatoes which were rotten as were the eggs which had been provided. Had to enter the property by using the next door entrance and then cutting through the fence

Very comfortable, well equipped cottage with amazing views.
Fabulous views, really quiet, very well equipped cottage and lovely host who lived next door and made us very welcome. I also loved that the only signage was to help with the recycling, and we weren't hit with a load of do's and don'ts on arrival which we've experience many times in the past at other cottages.
We loved everything about the cottage but found driving around the area to be a bit challenging due to all of the blind corners, blind summits and cars parked on already narrow roads.
