Enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this newly remodeled condo. This rental has all of the amenities and features that will have you feeling right at home, including well-appointed furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and flatscreen, cable TVs. It has a great location close to the Convention Center and downtown Seaside. There is also a nice balcony that offers views of the Necancium River that runs right out to the ocean.

Downtown Seaside is a short, half-mile walk to the south along the riverfront where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other whimsical choices.

Clean rooms and trash area. The kitchen was well stocked. We have some dietary restrictions and were able to cook ourselves quite easily!

The cleanliness. Was good except the floor. The rest of the home was good for what we needed for our stay in seaside. Aside from the power outage during the tsunami advisory. That’s not their fault though. We would recommend this place

Everything was clean and organized. A very nice piece of property very close to the ocean. Would very highly recommend staying there to anyone

This is not owner managed. VACASA manages and they suck. They don’t know the property. The customer service contacts are somewhere far away and have to read a database that clearly has bad and information in it conflicting with listing or missing information. Dealing with Vacasa is aweful and I will NOT deal with any property managed by them anymore. They are too far from the property. Have to send messages to “local” staff to handle anything and response time for “local” staff is like 6 hours. They didn’t provide the most basic information on where and how to use the laundry room or the trash dumpster. They told me I didn’t have laundry but it was in the listing and we later found a handwritten note with both laundry and trash door codes. SMH. The couch needs to be cleaned. Food crumbs all in between cushions. Couch is worn down. Floors need to be properly vacuumed to remove sand all the way around the rooms.
