We had a really nice holiday and the above problems didn't spoil that.

It was an interesting building in a super location

The toilet was tiny and the shower & washbasin was in one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom in the basement was a bit damp

Very good

The location is sensational in an old timbered house in a picturesque lane way just off the main square of the Port. We had a car so had to park a little walk away but we never had an issue getting a park. The appartment is well appointed with full kitchen and a washing machine. It was a good base for exploring the area.

Whilst the appartment was clean, I wouldn't call it spotlessly clean. No towels were put out and when we found them, they were not good towels. There were also some ants which were a small annoyance.

Énorme déception

Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie. Le propriétaire qui nous harcèle par téléphone avec son dégât des eaux alors qu'il n'y a aucune urgence L'absence de café, d'huile de sel à l'arrivée. Absolument aucun commerce à proximité. Les restaurants alentours étaient toujours complets. Mais le pire c'était la chambre au sous sol sans fenêtre, décorée n'importe comment et qui ressemblait à un débarras.

Apparement charmant dans une maison à pans de bois tout à fait typique. On adore!

Appartement idéalement situé près du port et de nombreux restaurants commerces, très animé mais très bonne isolation sonore vis à vis de l’extérieur. L’appartement possède tout ce dont il y a besoin. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et réactifs.

Salle de bain unique et entièrement ouverte sur la chambre cependant fonctionnelle et VMC fonctionnant parfaitement .

Wohlfühlgefühl mit starken Einschränkungen

Die Lage ist klasse. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Funktioniert. Ausstattung i.O.

Souplex bedeutet = Souterrain! Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Keller = Muffiger Geruch und leicht feucht = nicht gut. Parkplätze nicht mehr vor dem Haus = ca. 250m Fussweg mit Koffern (im besten Fall). Der Zufahrtssensor hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Wohnzimmersofa leider bereits bodenseitig durchgebrochen. Müsste getauscht werden.

El puerto St Goustan, la vida dentro de un libro

La ubicación es perfecta. Está en el centro de Auray. Las vistas son inmejorables y le rodean tiendas y sitios de reunión como bares, cafeterías y restaurantes, sin olvidar que está a 10 minutos andando del Lycée Benjamin Franklin donde debía trabajar. Por tanto, me quedo con esta perfecta ubicación.

No me gustó que hubiera una sola ducha y que la ducha estuviese abierta (sin una mampara ni puerta) dentro de una de las habitaciones. Esto implica tener que salir cuando otra persona quiere o necesita darse una ducha. Si la ducha estuviese en una habitación a parte como el baño (toilet, váter), este alojamiento sería perfectísimo, sobre todo si estás en él una semana o más como ha sido mi caso.

l'emplacement du logement jolie rue pavée, rue parallèle au port de st Goustan, a 50 mètre de la place du port, a 5mn du centre d'auray pas besoin de la voiture. logement atypique jolie Nous reviendrons

un petit manque de contrôle au niveau du ménage après départ du précédent locataire (sac aspirateur plein) poil chien sur le tapis salon, nous avons 2 chiens et j’essaie de faire attention sur se point, un tapis poil ras serais mieux

L'emplacement et le calme sont au rendez vous l'equipement est largement suffisant et Guillaume est joignable si besoin.

Les places de parking mais si on connaît un peu le coin on sait que ça n'est jamais facile
