Good if you need low cost apartment for a few nights

This property was centrally located and was quite spacious. The price was very good. The facilities were fine. the weather was very hot in Auray whilst we were there. Fortunately this property did not overheat any extreme temperatures which was a very good thing

The property had a number of windows which unfortunately looked out onto ledges where lots of pigeons roosted. It was a dirty outlook, and the pigeons began their cooing noise very early in the morning. We couldn't open the windows for fear of dust coming in. We were also concerned at the pigeons might come in on the window shelf. The roosting of pigeons could easily be solved with netting or similar to stop the pigeons living there. Also, the entrance passage to the apartments wasn't very pleasant and could do with some renovation and painting. The street door to the apartments could not be locked and we were concerned that people might enter the corridor at night.

Beautiful apartment with a soul

Kitchen equipment (oven, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine etc.), bathtub, location, the style of it all.

Parking (there is only the blue zone just outside the apartment; the small dead end street round the corner was closed for construction when we were there, so we had to park about 150m away, which is not terrible but not ideal either). The apartment could also be a little cleaner, especially the living room carpet and underneath the sofa. Also, it would not hurt to have a sofa-bed instead of just a simple sofa.

A charming apartment in a vibrant street filling with shopping and dining.

Lovely and spacious apartment, right in the center of the shopping and dining precinct. A short walk to the views of the harbour and plenty of photo ops along the way! The kitchen is well set up, has a large refrigerator, and all of the essentials were inside the cabinets and drawers.

There was (at the time we booked) no indication that the apartment is not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Once inside, everything was fine. But it's up a steep set of stairs and it was equally hard to get back down again. The bedroom faces the busy front street, so it can be quite noisy in the evening as people are coming and going to bars and restaurants.

Nous apprécié l’accueil et les informations du propriétaire. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans Auray, proche du port et des commerces. Il est bien équipé, spacieux et confortable

Le couloir d’accès à l’appartement n’est pas très accueillant, il nous a manqué quelques ustensiles de cuisine.

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement assez vaste, situé dans le centre d'Auray, à proximité des commerces et proche du chemin pour aller au port. Équipement OK et très facile de se garer à proximité. Propriétaire disponible en cas de soucis.

L'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas très engageante mais heureusement l'appartement est différent.

Tolle Wohnung - Mülltonnen im Flur sind aber eine Zumutung

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön - aber der Zugang mit den Mülltonnen kann einem das verleiden.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung liegt in einem engen Flur, der mit Mülltonnen vollgestellt ist, so dass man Schwierigkeiten hat, sein Gepäck hochzutragen. Der Geruch der Tonnen zieht viele Fliegen an und ist leider auch in der Wohnung wahrnehmbar.
