The house includes all modern comforts on 3 floors: - 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 1 single bed + 2 children beds + 1 baby bed - 1 bathroom with bath and toilet - 1 open kitchen fully equipped with 1 dining area 6 seats + baby high chair - 1 living room with 1 TV receiving cable channels For your comfort, there is Internet access and a telephone as well as all the necessary household appliances (washing machine, dryer, hair dryer). For the safety of children, the stairs are fitted with safety barriers. Take advantage of the sheltered terrace to relax in the sun.

These pictures must be 10years old. This whole appartment is super dirty and everything is broken. The scafolding is coming off the walls. There was something on the terras that was rotting, it smelled terrible. Coach was completely coverd in dirty spots. I can't express myself enough how dirty it was! Location is beautif but that is it!

The house is in a great location for the beautiful port of St Goustan, Auray and surrounding areas. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and very quiet. Our grandsons enjoyed the toys and games which were available. We would recommend this house.
