We loved our stay. The location is very convenient-- a quick drive to Rehoboth or Lewes. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was nicely appointed and we had room to spread out. The outdoor area was phenomenal-- loved the pool and the hot tub. The backyard has trees and a fence that provide privacy from the other houses nearby. We plan to return!

Our family had a great stay at this house. The pool, hot tub, and screened in porch allowed us lots of family time while also engaging in different activities. Great location close to lots of restaurants, outlets, and beaches.

We loved the house, pool and hot tub! The hosue has everything you need. It was a great fit for 2 families of 4 in a beautiful neighborhood. We did not utilize the bedroom above the garage. We hope to return in the future!
One downside is the front loader washer machine, it smells of mold and has a lot of residue... This should be replaced.

This property was amazing. It was tucked away in the perfect little neighborhood. Great for taking family walks and bike rides away from the hustle and bustle of downtown beach life. The rancher was perfect. The screened in porch a delight, and the pool, heaven. I could have never left the house and had the best vacation!!! Great place for family and friends to rent and share.
