It was a nice place to stay and good clean facilities, very close to the lifts and to multiple restaurants.
Clean and nice beds
We were informed that we would get a welcome package of some essentials like toilet roll and things which we didn’t get. The knifes in the property were all blunt and we weren’t able to prepare food very well

We choose the late pick up and were told to find the key in “residence Les Bergers”. We went there and couldn’t find the key. We spent 1hour between 1-2am looking for it and finally gave up, and thanks god found an available room in the city. Next day, we called the personal and asked for the address of the reception. They once again gave us the same address which we’d gone to during the night. Again, the wrong address. We finally found the reception, with the help of the people at the “wrong reception” We were not offered an apology or a partial refund for the mistake.

Ideal base for our trip, 2 adults, 3 children.
Rooms were in a reasonably clean condition, a couple of kitchen items where not cleaned but otherwise was good. Stayed in room 242 which has a nice view, beds where comfy. Kitchen had all the essential items, didn’t use TV or internet. Location was good for what we wanted, did manage to drive up to front door to unload car and then park on street. Whilst the bedroom was small - you just about fit the double in, it was plenty for us, we tend to use the room as a base, did cook 2 meals in the kitchen though which was nice. Despite negatives I would stay again.
Arrived at 9:30pm, wasn’t made aware that the property was being refurbished so there was no reception or staff onsite, sign on wall said to go to the neighbour hotel - which was 2 min walk away, on arrival doors where locked, sign on their door said reception was open 5pm-8pm, this is also indicated on the booking form but I hadn’t considered this would mean hotel was unmanned, tried knocking but no answer. Found another place to stay for the first night luckily and returned next morning to collect keys, lady on reception said there was a number to call for out of hours key collection, when I left located the number which is on a sign to the side of the door in the dark - so unfortunately didn’t see it. There where glass shards on the floor both myself and Husband stepped on them, we had moved the TV cabinet to get to a plug and suspect a glass item had previously been smashed and cleaned up but stray shards where under there. No towels provided, luckily brought our own. Bedding, duvets and pillows have seen better days, we went through 2 packs of bed sheets till we found clean ones. Pillows are square shape and very soft, which isn’t my preference
