Booking conditions: House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

Superb duplex apartment of 72m2 located route du Signal in the heart of the top of the Alpe d'Huez. It is located in the small building Rays Golden, very quiet.
Open ground south facing garden lounge. Splendid view of the surrounding mountains
Access downhill skiing at the foot; within 100 m of the access chairlift great Sure, within 200m of the telecentre and all amenities track.
2 floors, it comprises the lower ground floor: 2 bedrooms: large master suite with double bed TV and DVD, large bedroom with two double bunk beds player, 1 bathroom and toilet with washing machine and plenty of storage; on the upper floor: entrance hall, open dining room and living room TV with DVD player, 1 separate WC, 1 room with 2 bunk beds and 1 extra bed, Italian shower.
It is decorated with a ski.
Facilities: cot, raclette, fondue, 2 TV DVD players, ironing board and iron
Facilitated for disabled upstairs: grab bars in toilet seat and fold-down shower
Parking nearby included in the rental

The apartment is really cute and very functional. We were 2 adults and 4 boys age 16-20, but we had plenty of room in the living room and dining area. Bathroom downstairs is large, shower head a bit too low but no problem and lots of hot water all the time. Linens are €30 per person. Beds are comfortable and good size. The double bedroom was quiet and pleasantly warm. The boys were very happy in the queen sized bunks. Plenty of storage for clothes. Upstairs the bunk room shower doesn’t work properly but wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen is well equipped, we had some nice meals at home. Upstairs toilet was clean. Great location for the Grand Sure chairlift, a 5 minute walk downhill and quick ski down a narrow blue. Otherwise slight uphill 10 minute walk to the lobster chairs which take you straight to signal and main slopes. Ainsley meets you on arrival and arranges linen. She was incredibly helpful with any issues we had. Including medical. I would stay here again it’s a lovely apartment with good location.

Lovely appartment with a nice terrace, near the citycentre. Everything at walking distance. Kitchen is small but fully equiped. The description of wich appartment it is could be better, and the provided wificode was wrong, but quickly managed by the propertymanager. All in all we had a lovely week!

Although the pin on the map wasn’t quite where it said, it was still a good location, the apartment was really nice and a comfortable size for 7 of us! Would definitely use again. There is no WiFi even though it says that there is on the website, that’s need updating! Steve

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There was a dishwasher and washing machine which were very welcome. The fridge was spacious. Being British we love a cup of tea.. but there was no kettle. On the general amenities page it shows wi fi .. but this was not the case. We paid extra money for sheets to the owner as the linen provided included only one tea towel. The sheets after multiple washing do not fit easily on the double bed. This was a struggle to make the bed as the fitted sheet kept popping off the corners. Also the mattress protector needs a wash. However the bed was comfortable and we slept well. We had a lovely holiday and especially enjoyed skiing back to the apartment. All queries were answered quickly.

La personne de l'accueil a été très sympathique et le propriétaire a l'écoute. A reserver sans hésitation si on retourne sur la station.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est idéalement située par rapport aux pistes et au village tout en permettant de profiter du calme après une journée de ski. L'appartement nous a mis dans l'ambiance des montagnes grace à sa jolie décoration et à son très bon niveau d'équipement. La connexion wifi fonctionne très bien. La terrasse oriéntée plein sud est aussi une très bonne chose. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

L'appartement est agréable et confortable. C'est une petite résidence calme. La table de la salle à manger est spacieuse pour des repas en famille ou des soirées animées autour de jeux de société. La terrasse est un vrai plus. La partie en sous sol n'est pas désagréable bien que le plafond soit assez bas. Le seul bémol est l'absence de hotte dans la cuisine. Au niveau emplacement pour l'hiver retour ski aux pieds, départ avec marche sur 100 mètres pour rejoindre le télésiège grande sure. C'est plus compliqué si vous avez un petit skieur en cours de ski. Il faut partir un peu tôt pour rejoindre l'esf en bus ou via les paniers. Le propriétaire très gentil est disponible et repond toujours très rapidement à vos questions.

Nous avons passé un séjour estival en famille dans cet appartement. il est idéalement situé à deux pas du quartier des jeux, ses commerces et restaurants, proche des départs de balades et des télésièges. le quartier est calme et peu bruyant. l'appartement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le RDC est lumineux, l'espace en sous-sol plus sombre mais n'est utile que pour y dormir. Nous recommandons ce logement aux autres voyageurs.

Appartement très confortable avec terrasse en rez-de-jardin, idéal pour passer une semaine entre amis ou en famille. L’espace Salon/Salle à manger est parfait pour passer du bon temps et se faire une raclette ou une fondue avec les appareils mis à disposition. Composé de 3 chambres (comprenant 8 couchages), d’une salle de douche et d’une salle de bain, l’appartement est fonctionnel, mais aussi idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et des pistes de ski. Ce fut une belle expérience pour nous tous. N’hésitez pas à venir profiter de la vue de sa terrasse, installé sur la table en bois où dans un transat.

Appartement très confortable, dans lequel rien ne manque, équipements de qualité. Très bien insonorisé ce qui est rare à la montagne. Chambres fraiches même par grande chaleur. Belle vue depuis la terrasse, commerces à 2 pas. Propriétaire très réactif et excellente communication. Une location idéale à tous points de vue !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, à 7 personnes. Cet appartement est vraiment très agréable à vivre, avec une très grande pièce de vie comprenant un grand coin salle à manger (avec une grande table, très appréciable), et un coin salon/canapé. Et un vrai plus avec la terrasse, sur laquelle on peut prendre un verre au soleil en rentrant de la journée de ski, ou autour de laquelle les enfants peuvent faire des batailles de boules de neige sous la surveillance des parents. Bon emplacement pour skier : 3 min de marche pour rejoindre la piste du télésiège de la Garnde Sure, et retour ski aux pieds. Séjour formidable.

bel appartement bien situe par contre pour la caution , je ne suis pas certain de repasser par Abritel. Encaisser une caution 2 mois à l'avance et la rendre 1 mois après, il y a de l'abus. Abritel travaille 3 mois avec de l'argent qui nous appartient, c'est un peu fort.

On connaît bien l'alpe et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y revenir. L'appart est sympa, joliment décoré. En revanche, pour le prix et au vu des photos, on s'attendait à un apport appart nickel or le canapé et le lave vaisselle sont un peu défraîchis. La moquette n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus pratique à nettoyer. Au delà de ça, l'appart est bien agencé, la terrasse est très appréciable et l'appartement est plutôt bien situé dans la station. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Merci

We had a very nice week in Alpe d'Huez in this apartment with 7 people. There is more than enough room for everyone. Everything you need is in place (cooking utileries/dishwasher etc). The location is close to the skiing lift and supermarket (walking distance).

Appartement fonctionnel, idéal pour une famille avec des ados. Bien situé, près des pistes et des commerces dans une petite résidence au calme. L'appartement est bien équipé, décoré avec goût, on s'y sent chez soi! La dame qui accueille est à l'écoute, elle est toujours disponible en cas de besoin.
