Mina Pelasa Hotel

The staff are incredible!! Such lovely people! Good location and breakfast

A few building works but not the property’s fault

Nice, peaceful hotel with friendly staff. A sunny pool in a lush garden setting.

Breakfast could be served earlier, 8:00 is a bit late for early risers.

Mina is our 2nd Home❤️ Our little oasis that's tucked away behind the busy streets of Legian, so many beautiful eats so close by, the Warung across the road is a must to try, beautiful couple and great food right at Ur door step. We love the staff, love our room, love the food and drinks and Darma couldn't do enough for us, he was always so attentive, always making sure we had everything we wanted, such a hard worker, he doesn't stop, always making sure everyone is okay and comfortable, he's always happy and smiling and loves to have a chat. Thank you Mina for always making us feel comfortable and welcomed. We love U all and can't wait to return next year

Nothing to not like, everything was perfect 💗💗💗💗

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Indah from guest services, somehow managed to make us feel like we were the only people staying there, despite it being fully booked. And the maintenance man, Ketut, was great at sorting out our room safe. The hotel was relatively close to the touristy streets, providing easy access to mini marts, souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, relaxation spas etc… The beachfront was a bit of a longer walk away but it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was quite nice with a few different options to choose from. We had a lovely outside seating area facing the pool and a drying rack. The pool was a good, cool temperature. Pool towels were provided on request and there seemed to be enough sun lounges. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Despite the property being on a side street, there was quite a bit of traffic noise in the mornings. The air conditioning wasn’t great and could do with being replaced. It was rather noisy and sounded like sporadic gusts of wind. There were no mosquito nets over the beds or even plug-in mosquito repellents available for guests, which is needed given all the gaps around the doors and windows for the little blood suckers to get in. The wooden bed frames were shin-killers. The laundry-grey bathroom towels could do with a refresh, as could the stained ottoman, stained lamp shades and rusty mini fridge.
