Not bad, but better value options.

Great location, room was very quiet, nice balcony overlooking pool, comfortable bed.

Breakfast buffet VERY limited - better buffets at cheaper hotels nearby. Air conditioner leaked and appeared to be stuck on 16 degrees. Cramped bathroom with inconsistent water temp in shower.

Great hotel close to everything.

This is a newish hotel very close to Jl Melasti, for location behind the Pullman on the waterfront. The pool was a good size, breakfast great as a selection to choose from and beds comfy. Staff lovely! Location, location - very close to Garlic Lane but down a gang/alleyway off Jl Melasti so quiet. Convenience stores in the alleyway and close to everything! Cocktails good.

Paid for extra half day to stay until 6pm. Considering this, thought room could have been refreshed with water but wasn’t. Staff were lovely tho.

Stained sheets

Asked to sign an agreement to which I shall pay for when there are stains or damage to the room which I thought was understandable. I got to the room and first thing I noticed was the stained sheets. What a joke. I informed the receptionist so they'd know it was already stained and it wasn't my doing. There are better and more affordable options than this in Bali. Wasn't allowed to check in earlier even though I was only staying for few hours for my evening flight

The staff were very attentive, kind, warm and helpful. Speedy wifi, room service everyday unless stated otherwise.

The first night I arrived they said if they found stains on linen they would charge me. Well when I entered the sheets were already stained and room not up to par. I informed reception and they immediately sent someone to fix this.

Super awesome stay with perfect location

Breakfast was good. They gave a free massage for twenty mins and check in was cool the staff were very friendly. Ayu from reception was very nice. Also the massage therapist.

For the price & location, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Staff, very friendly. Breakfast was ok, could do with more variety like hashbrowns, "fresh" bakery goods daily, stirfry dishes with a protein, freshly made pancakes not hard ones just sitting in a warmer & waffles. Juices were great. Couldn't reach the salad & fruit bar as I'm short, this is an issue. Cocktails around pool, great. Food around pool, terrible. Pool great however only sun to 2 pm. I thought with minimal lounges that it would be hard to get a seat but it was fine. Hated the moth ball smell in toilet areas & bedroom. We removed our ball from our room, no one wants to smell an old person's wardrobe especially whilst on holiday. Air-conditioning super cold. Would I stay again or recommend to others, absolutely!

We disliked the smell in our room, bad odour from drains. I had to keep asking for bleach to be poured in drains. The room stunk, I had to spray kispray multiple times a day. Three nights of a rat or possum keeping us awake during the night was in the bulk head above the TV. The food around the pool was terrible. Calamari, tastless chewy rubber. Burger had brown & pink meat, disgusting.

Breakfast was good. Cooked breakfast, egg's sausages and other foods to choose from, toast, spreads pastries, fresh fruit.

Wouldve been nice to have water and orange juice. The food was great but it was the same everyday. Alittle variety would be good.
