The location is great central to most of the venues i visit when in Bali. Breakfast staff are cheerful and friendly.
The cleanliness of the bathroom on arrival to my room could have been a lot better, especially since I paid to upgrade to a better room.
The mattress was long overdue for replacement, it was lumpy in places.

Great location and within walking distance to everything else you need. The staff were always so polite and friendly. The facilities were fantastic and always kept to a clean standard. The buffet breakfast was always so yummy! The pool was great, having the swim up bar to order drinks or food, the shallow section was great for the kids to swim in.

The hotel is mostly quiet, with friendly staff and good breakfast
Some guests made lots of noise in the pool late at night as they were able to stay in it till 10pm at night. This is a not good as many of the rooms surround the pool so the noise echoes

Affordability, nice food, helpful staff. It was all I needed for a week away.
The rooms were cleaned each day and staff are very helpful however the bed was uncomfortable for my old back and the skirting of the bed was quite dirty.
