Great for a last day stop on the way home.

THE SHOWER PRESSURE & HOT WATER ARE SUPERB!! We booked here for our last night prior to an overnight flight due to its close proximity to the airport & honestly we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is small, simple yet updated and clean. The WIFI is great and it is easy to walk to restaurants, spas & mini marts nearby.

There was very minimal sun lounges and you can't really sunbake throughout the day as the pool was mostly shaded by the building.

Great location

Great location, lots of restaurants, shops and everything near by. The beach is short walk away and it’s really nice. The room was okey, a bit dampt. The pool was so nice, deep enough so it was nice to swimm there. Breakfast was good and the staff were great. Good for few days.

would of given the Terrace 10/10 if they had had a mini fridge rather than just a cooler. The was no trouble getting ice for my wines but would of been much nicer to have a proper fridge in the room

Great stay and location for the $$$

Location is close to the main street that connects seminyak, legian and kuta and close walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around if you're looking for your last week to shop and eat. We were in walking distance to everything. Also loud music from clubs and pubs nearby but not loud enough that you can't sleep. The rooms are just a bed and bathroom but great value for money and pool/pool area is clean. We also ended up getting a 6pm check out on the day we were meant to leave because our flight got delayed but was so appreciative they were able to accommodate our request. We had a ground with pool access room, I suggest that if you're in and out of the room like we were but they do have elevators.

When you flush the room has a sewerage smell for a few minutes. It didn't ruin our stay but it was sometimes a little unbearable. Loads of pubs nearby but would be nice if it had some sort of pub to get drinks for days we wanted to chill at our hotel. Maybe convert the rooftop or put tables and chairs or beanbags up there?

I had the pool access room. It was a great size and nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful Great value for money. Great location, too, situated between Garlic Lane and Poppies Lane.

Hotel is close to the beach

Photos of the hotel are way much better than in real life. On a photos hotel looks super cool, clean and good place to stay. But when we came there it looked like photos were taken 10 (or more) years ago, when it was new. but now it is old, the towels are yellow and frayed over time, the walls are stained, the plaster is crumbling in places, everything looks like it needs renovation. For the price this hotel asks for a stay there much better places to stay. You can get clean new towels only when you ask for them, but if don't you will always get yellow old ones

Rooms are tiny, barely any space to put your luggage, not suitable for more than 1 person. Pictures can be deceiving on room sizes. No balcony, it’s just a tiny ledge to stand on. No room service either.

clean friendly location- all good - stayed there since the day it first opened- my mate and I were probably the first customers they had and have always been perfect. Greeted with “ Hi ! Jack, Welcome Home “ what more can a couple of single blokes ask for.

There's nothing we didn't like but in our previous stay in 2018, there was a bar service in the lobby that was very handy. Also, the place is a little run down from our previous visit but it's understandable since covid. I'll stay again here for the pool

Hotel terrace

close to Legian street, walking distance to the Kuta beach

The loud music that was coming from another Hotel across the lane , Hotel terrace couldnt do anything about that , but made it very hard to sleep.. The bed was to firm asked for Duvat to put on top of the matress, dont do that
