Beds and linen. Location. Ease booking / access to keys - check in etc. Cleanliness. Dishwasher
Heating - one heater and very low output. Air circulation - got a bit stuffy - could do with a few more fans. No oven. No laundry facilities. Bathroom was okay but is in need of repair (bath spout outlet). Bathroom was very small and insufficient for any more than two people.
Advertised as "lakeside" - it was not although I could see it.

Two storehouses and a bunk bed are kids’ favourites. Floor heating is excellent.
The house lacks a range hood, and one of the heaters is not working. The dishwasher is only half the size, so if a lot of dishes are used, it needs to be washed twice a day.

bunk bed in second bedroom in poor condition and noisey when occupiers turn over or move. railing bangs on wall when person in top buck moves causing disturbed sleep for the person in the bottom bed.
