'Yowie 3' is a modern, self contained charming top floor apartment/Lodge in a small block of 4 units.
In Jindabyne, sleeping up to 6 people. (Council approved for 6 only).
Walk to the town centre, local shops, restaurants, eateries, bars, cafes and the lake.
The snowfields of Perisher or Thredbo are an easy 25-35 min drive by car or the bus stop is just around the corner.
Boat ramp is located a 5-6 minute drive away.
Cosy wood fire, (FREE - barrel of wood and kindle supplied each stay - Winter only) to relax in front of after a great days skiing/boarding or just snow play.
Inverter air conditioner for warmth in winter & cooling in summer.
Oil heaters in both bedrooms
Comfy lounge with 55 inch Hisense UHD smart TV.
Blu ray DVD player with DVD's and games for the kids.
Unlimited wireless internet with Superloop

I was on a driving holiday and visiting Jindabyne for the first time hoping to get in a few beginner walks. The property was located in a wonderful location walking distance to the lake which has a couple options for walking. The property had excellent features with everything you need after exploring the surrounding townships. Was able to relax after long days. Definitely a property set up for both Summer and Winter holidays. You can drive to Thredbo and take the chairlift (at a cost) to take 4 - 6 hrs the Mount Kosciuszko Summit walk noting you need to be prepared for various conditions. I hope to get back in Spring when it was not so hot on the days I visited. I was interested in the Snowy Mountain Scheme which was well covered by the museum at Adaminaby.

Had a nice stay. The kitchen and bathroom could do with an update and cooking pots needed a good scrub with steel wool before we used them. They had food stains but cleaned up fine.
Was a very quiet place to stay. Beds were comfortable. 1min walk to the lake to throw a line in was nice
