Aranda 3 is a well-positioned holiday townhouse offering lake views and located directly on the shores of Lake Jindabyne. Located within easy reach of town in Jindabyne, this three bedroom, two bathroom property is ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxed base for both summer and winter stays in the Snowy Mountains. With a warm and comfortable interior and strong outdoor connection to the lake, it suits guests looking for convenience and scenery in one.

The main living and dining area is designed to take advantage of natural light and lake outlooks, creating a calm and welcoming space for shared stays. A covered balcony extends the living area outdoors and includes seating and a dining setup, making it ideal for meals with a view or relaxed evenings overlooking Lake Jindabyne. The home is kept warm and comfortable during winter with sufficient heating throughout all rooms, ensuring year-round usability.

The place was comfortable, and felt very homey. Amazing lakeside views, close to the main town and had a lot of kitchen utensils and appliances to use. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious and clean. Laundry was great with two clothes racks to place wet clothes in. I loved the fetch TV set box. We watched the Grinch as a group. Only small issues: there were some minor stains on the couch and knives were blunt. All in all, a great place to stay in.

Stayed recently at Aranda (Aug 17). Apartment was clean and tidy, with plenty of linen. The apartment has a good location overlooking the lake and fairly close to the town centre. Heating is definitely an issue which needs addressing, 4 hour timings using tiny heaters are just not acceptable. Internet connection also needs to be included in future.
