The staff were very helpful and warm. Before the trip started, it was easy to communicate with them. The guests were also respectful, and easy going.

The location was near Glion Arena venue. It took about 10 minutes on foot to the guesthouse.

Woman only dorm, very thoughtful. With balcony and washing machines and clothes hangers. Personal locker was very considerate too.
The upper banker on the side the edge was not closed, things could drop off 😼

good location close to Kobe China town, staffs can speak English!
cleanliness should be improved, beddings are full with dust. We need to pass through the outdoor space from our room to the shower room, so it was quite cold in the morning.
