Contact with the owner was nice and easy. Good place to stay for a weekend if you want to go out and see the city.
There was no AC in the bedroom.

A large comfortable flat in an interesting neighbourhood (Exarchia). We didn't meet the owners but they responded quickly to questions when we contacted them.

the location is very central. it’s a 35 min walk to Acropolis.
there was no soap. anywhere. the bed room unfortunately only has a fan, and the AC is in the living room. so ended up sleeping in the hot bedroom. also, the mattress is bad.
