Fabulous stay

Great position for exploring Jedburgh and also the surrounding area. Very comfortable especially the bed. Excellent facilities in the kitchen, the washing machine was a bonus along with a great complimentary breakfast pack. This was our 3rd visit and I'm sure we will book again.

Lovely little property in a good location

The property was clean, spacious, felt very cosy and had everything we needed. All the little things were thought of, every detail taken care of. The location was perfect for a short walk into the town.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home

This little place is just idyllic a few minutes walk from the old bridge, the river and the Abbey. Really felt like home from home and a beautiful welcome basket with fresh milk in the fridge was a delight . Highly recommend as great location for many places within an hours drive.

Perfect base for our holiday.

Superb position, very close to the town but separated by the river and footbridge so very quiet and peaceful. Parking outside. Tasteful, clean, comfortable, very well equipped with everything needed for a five night stay. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment, about 5/10 minutes walk from the centre. Very comfortable and clean. Also bread, butter, milk, croissants, biscuits, coffee, tea, chocolate etc waiting on arrival. Which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed staying here. Very quiet too. The owner has made a lot of effort to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely little river at the end of the road. Perfect. ❤️

Very well equipped and comfortable property. It was very clean and the bed and chairs were comfortable. The property is a few minutes from the shops.Jedburgh is a great location with lots of history to visit. It is also a great location for walking and cycling.

Lovely property, beautiful town with plenty to see and great countryside and towns to walk in.

The welcome pack was great and saved the hassle of going to shop as soon as we arrived. The walking books and maps were another valuable addition. The location was excellent with only a short walk over the bridge into town.

A minor gripe is that a small dining table and a couple of chairs would have been useful.

Lovely property

It is a good-sized ground-floor apartment with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen is well-appointed with a washing machine, oven/cooktop, microwave, and fridge (no freezer). The property supplied ample supplies for breakfast the whole time we were there, and a few much-appreciated extras. The property is on a picturesque, quiet street up from the river, close to shops, restaurants, the Jedburgh Abbey, and the Castle. Jedburgh is well situated for exploring SE Scotland.

Bridge end is a wonderful little cottage - It’s very clean and beautifully furnished, with everything you could need - the welcome pack was perfect 👌 The cottage is an excellent location for the Jedburgh and a short walk into the town with some lovely little independent shops

Old Bridge End is the perfect place to stay for a holiday in the Borders.

What a lovely cottage in a quiet, yet central location. Plenty of space for two of us, well equipped,nice decor and spotlessly clean. The breakfast pack was more than adequate for the 3 nights we were there and such a lovely welcome touch. Had no problem parking right outside the door and yet the town was just 5 minutes walk away. Appreciated the bench in the outside area to the front of the house so that we could enjoy a drink al fresco.

The location was perfect; the property was light and airy, beautifully furnished and finished. Very comfortable lounge chairs and bed. Everything was of a high quality. Lovely breakfast items. Very quiet area. Parking right outside the front door. Lovely walks into town or along the river.

Plumbing in bathroom. If the hot water was running in the kitchen the shower went freezing cold. If you flushed the loo then the tap in bathroom hardly ran.

Perfect spot to explore Jerburgh

The location was perfect, five minutes walk to centre. Clean, well equipped comfortable and host left a good supply of bread, milk, biscuits, cereal etc. The accomodation is spotless and the bed is very comfortable . No table to dine on but trays are provided. Excellent base to explore a beautiful and interesting area.

Our best stay in Scotland among some other excellent accommodation.

Everything, I can’t praise it enough. The property is a cost cottage with living room, kitchen with a washing machine, modern bathroom and very comfortable bedroom. It’s very short walk to the centre of Jedburgh and the historic site of Jedburgh Abbey. But the generosity of the host supply breakfast cereal,, bread, croissants, butter, jam marmalade, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and coffee machine and more than adequate supply of pods was beyond anything we expected. I can’t recommend this property enough, oh and it’s in a quiet street with easy parking.

Location excellent. Parking right outside property and walkway straight into Jedburgh centre. Border country fabulous at that time of year. Weather perfect. Excellent location for whole of Border country and Edinburgh.
