We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed pool and beach a lot!

Excellent service communication throughout our stay. The few slight problems that arose were picked up quickly. Great location, wonderful view of the beach and swimming pool, which is excellent when travelling with small children.

The comfortable simplicity of the flat, the fact all the appliances worked, plentiful supply of hot water, the location, the balcony overlooking the bay and pool, the heated pool, the nearby supermarket, above all the bakery Fourn’ile

Spot on location

Great apartment that worked well for our family. Great views from the balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the beach and the harbour in the background. Apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay in Crozon. Morgat centre has a wide choice of cafes, bars and restaurants about a 20 minute walk away from the property. Wide choice of water sports and bike hire also available local. The coastal paths and beaches around this peninsula are wonderful. Would happily come back and stay again.

unser Sohn hat es sich sehr auf den beheizten Pool gefreut, dieser war jedoch eiskalt und damit nichts zu benutzen. außerdem ist das Zimmer und die Umgebung extrem abgewohnt und entspricht nicht den Standard, den ich für 600 € für zwei Nächte inklusive bettwäsche und Handtüchern (die extra bezahlt werden müssen) erwarten würde ... die Bäder sind extrem renovierungsbedürftig, die ganze Wohnung stank nach der Toilette ... Badewanne beschädigt , ohne funktionierenden Stöpsel und ohne wassereinlass! ...nur Dusche ... somit nicht zu gebrauchen.. ja preis-leistungsverhältnis unterirdisch

Un très bel endroit pour se détendre en famille, avec une vue superbe et tout le confort nécessaire

La vue était magnifique, l’appartement très propre et bien situé près de l’océan. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la possibilité de jouer au ping-pong. L’endroit est vraiment très beau et agréable. Nous avons aussi fait une superbe randonnée sur le sentier côtier avec vue sur la mer turquoise. Tout ce qu’il fallait était présent dans le logement.

Rien ne nous a dérangés, le séjour était très agréable.

Presque parfait

Nous avons adoré la superbe vue, l'agencement de l'appartement, la surface, les équipements étaient presque parfaits (un sèche-cheveux serait effectivement un gros plus). L'emplacement est parfait tant pour la balade que pour la baignade. Parking facile d'accès etc... Les renseignements étaient très clairs sur ce qu'il y avait et ce qu'il n'y avait pas, aucune mauvaise surprise, et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous connaissons bien ces logements et sommes habitués à y séjourner. Celui-ci est le meilleur de la résidence sans nul doute, compte tenu de sa rénovation récente et du soin apporté aux équipements supplémentaires par son propriétaire.

Malheureusement nous avons été déçus par l'hygiène au niveau de la literie. Le ménage n'est pas réalisé correctement à cet endroit. Des cheveux et poils des précédents locataires étaient sur les alèses des matelas. Le cadre du lit superposé est rempli de poussières, saletés, bouchons de pom'potes, barettes de cheveux, bracelet et mouchoir usagé. Le congélateur aurait besoin d'un dégivrage et une bouteille d'eau y est gelée depuis visiblement très longtemps.

Séjour à Morgat un peu court, mais très agréable

L'atout numéro 1 de cet appartement est sa vue magnifique sur la mer, la plage de Morgat et le port. Un plaisir de contempler ce paysage à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Nous avons eu la chance de voir le feu d'artifice du 15 août, tranquillement de la terrasse, comme pas mal de voisins d'ailleurs. Piscine. Table de ping-pong. Séjour lumineux, agréable avec la petite cuisine bien équipée, une table à manger. Terrasse suffisamment grande pour déjeuner dehors. 2 salles de bain (douche ou baignoire au choix). Beaucoup de rangements. Parking sur place, nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer (en cherchant bien car il y a beaucoup de places réservées). Laverie sur place (sèche-linge également) - mais trop juste pour tous les résidents.

Un peu de stress avant l'arrivée pour le propriétaire (surtout) et pour nous (nous n'avions ni draps ni serviettes de bain sur nous), à savoir que la société qui s'occupait du ménage, draps/serviettes, lui a fait faux bond. Heureusement il a trouvé une solution. L'appartement est dans une résidence Pierre et Vacances qui est un peu datée. Le mobilier fait un peu daté également, canapé peu confortable. Manque de lumière dans une salle de bain (sombre et pas fan du rideau de douche, du coup je préférais prendre ma douche ... dans la baignoire!) . Chambres un peu petites. Un peu loin du centre (nous prenions la voiture et il y avait beaucoup de monde), où nous faisions nos courses. Un peu cher.
