Maison spacieuse, bien équipée globalement, avec terrasse et jardin, au calme. Proche du centre de Crozon et Morgat (nous utilisions la voiture avec un bébé). Bonne situation pour explorer la presqu'île. Nous n'avons pas réussi à nous connecter au Wifi.

Les lits doubles sont très inconfortable, il faudrait prévoir de les changer. Les lits simples sont beaucoup mieux. Pas de savon pour les mains. La terrasse est sympa mais en plein soleil sans parasol, pas de barbecue/plancha. Dommage. Il est dommage de devoir tout payer en supplément: ménage, draps, serviettes, nécessaire bébé. Cela devient un business...

The location was excellent. Easy walk to Morgat (20 mins), Crozon (15 mins) and a great local beach (7 mins walk - not the 2 mins stated on the advert). We could swim every morning, and shop on foot (with rucksack). The facilities were fine (as per photos). Communication with property managers was efficient and easy via the Booking.com app. They were very responsive, polite and wrote in English very nicely. There was a minor hand basin slow-drainage problem on our arrival, and they were superbly responsive and got it fixed very quickly. I think they would have responded quickly to any other issues we raised.

The owners / managers of the property weren't physically around. The written communications were very efficient, but they could have been miles away. It is always nice to meet your hosts. For the price we were paying, there was a disappointing lack of attention to detail. Nothing worth a formal complaint, but tarnishing nonetheless: - It sleeps 7 people - there were only 6 mugs. - There were too few water glasses. - Blunt knives - Washing up liquid ineffective (why not provide one that works well?) We paid over £3,000 for our stay - a bit of care and attention, and an investment of maybe £50, would have fixed all these things. The garden - which could have been wonderful - felt very neglected. The plum tree was dropping fruit all over the car parking area and path to the house - it was really hard not to walk in them. Quite a few weeds in the path to the house, and several plants were dry to the point of death, but there were no gardening tools, so we didn't try to fix these issues. Decking - very sunny, but the sunshade and fixings were poor - the anchor weight was hidden underneath the terrace (I had to hunt for it). There was a plant growing through the terrace decking. Local management presence and a bit of care would have seen these minor issues, and fixed them.

Le lit double a l étage est horrible (sommier en fer ,matelas ultra fin,lit petit) nous avons fini le séjour le dos cassé par ce lit. Attention aux charges qui s accumulent et qui alourdissent fortement l addition ( serviettes,draps ,ménage ,Check late)
