The location is great, walking distance to junker street, you can find restaurant around, the stay is comfortable.

There will be malay night store open and the parking space will be occupy by them,so you need to find a little further way to park your cqr

Large room. Very comfortable double bed, air con and fan. Plus a desk with mirror. Lovelly communial area with lots of unusual objects, which was one of the reasons i picked this property. Use of kitchen, and washing machine. 5RM to use machine. Around 10 mins walk to Jonker st, although the name is misleading, as implies you are on Jonker st. Complimentary bread, peanut butter and jam to make breakfast. Only mixed powdered coffee, no tea as advertised. Would do better to provide instant coffee in a jar, as the sachets kept dissapearing, and are very sweet if like me you drink black coffee.

No tea and only mixed coffee sachets. Long list of dos and donts sent prior to arrival which was daunting. Felt like i was being watched over. Location instructions not clear. The cozy inn hostel is just next door. Thats where my taxi dropped me, and as the allocated room was the same letter and the wifi code popped up once inn, i assumed i was in the correct place. Later, when i realised the photos didnt match, and i found the correct door for once inn it was very late and i didnt want to move without notifying the owner. I moved early next morning but was charged 1 nights cleaning. It needs to be made clear prior to arrival that both properties, are either side of the 7 11. Very easy to make the mistake I did. Also no outdoor area, which would be nice.

For me it was super convenient as the right ppl were there too. The ac worked and the rest was just easy

If there are ppl who like windows to outside areas, it's probably not the right place. Also if you would snore in the room I was, you would probably keep up the whole place

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and communal space were fine for the price. And it had washing facilities at 5RM for a wash & dry. The self check in aspect was easy enough.

The communication of the people managing the property could be much improved. The water shut off during a day of our stay with no word from them. When contacting them it seemed like the reasoning was strange and ultimately wasn’t handled well.
