Everything. Excellent Location, excellent staff, and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. Everything we needed was available with ease. Even did a surprise birthday cake for my partner.

Location-wise, it’s excellent! Very close to the night market (about 5 mins on foot), it’s beside a local Northern Thailand restaurant, and a within a walking distance to other places of interest. The room is spacious; it’s very secure; you get two bottles of water daily, and there’s plenty of towels—all for a very affordable price.
I wish the laundry service wasn’t too pricey. It costs 90 baht a kilo. Turned out it’s 50 baht a kilo in laundry shops.

Location was excellent, value was good. Bed was very clean, but like sleeping on a granite slab. The hotel was shabby, but serviceable. No real amenities. Shower stall needed cleaning.
Softer bed, cleaner shower, a room a bit less in need of basic updating.
