The location is perfect, very close to many wonderful beaches.
The owner was very nice, giving us all the information we needed.
The air conditioner from the master bedroom had an unpleasant smell when running.

Villa is amazing, very cute and comfortable. One of the best properties we have ever stayed. Property manager is very kind and promptly answering all questions, she has been very helpful to us. Area is amazing, but you definitely need a car if you are staying here. I would allow 1 hour driving radious to discover in full potential around the area. In our opinion, best beach in the area called Cala Pira is very close indeed, around 10mins drive. Silent place in nature where you only hear birds.
This has nothing to do with the villa manager but we don't like mosquitoes (who does) and they are everywhere, unfortunately especially when climate is warm.
