Very fancy, comfortable and huge beds, family games.

Well equipped, well kept, clean and very comfortable apartment. Service is warm and staff are helpful. Set in a beautiful location and a very easy drive to Otaru.
Nothing to dislike. More dining choices would be nice but not absolutely necessary. A few hooks in the bathroom would also be helpful.

Location was convenient and parking was easy. Luxurious styled rooms.
We couldn’t control the temperature in our room as it is centrally controlled. It was 30 degrees Celsius upon arrival at the beginning of April and we had no way to turn it down. It was extremely uncomfortably warm. The staff gave us a fan and told us to open the window. For the price, and it being nonrefundable, I’d expect to be able to control the temperature in our room to a reasonable extent.
