We loved being right on the beach. We loved the pool and splash pad areas. We liked having the coffee shop and ice cream readily accessible. Parking was plentiful and we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy the city if we wanted to get out.

the resort itself is awesome we will be back next year our child loved the water park. for the room we tried to be open minded because it was on the tail end of the season, but either the owners don't care, or the management company is horrible. when we arrived, the room was only vacuumed, and beds made. the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, table and countertops were sticky, and the showers had sand and hair in them. outside patio furniture was plastic chairs you would buy from Walmart, two of the three were broken and the end table was laying in the corner in two pieces. start of day two we tried to do a load of laundry and the dryer does not work, the toaster did not work, and the MICROWAVE did not work. towel hangers in the master hanging off the wall and the sinks in the master bath do not drain... what makes all this worse is I went back and checked reviews for August 2023 and several other people complained about the same things that occurred to us and they chose not to take care of it are willing to collect your money. Again, the resort is amazing and focused around making sure your kids have fun but book a different unit. hope this helps.
