Welcome to our beautifully kept beachfront second home at Splash Resort — a space we’ve intentionally updated and cared for so families can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and truly relaxing stay. This isn’t a basic rental with leftover furniture and mismatched linens. Everything here has been thoughtfully chosen; brand‑new furniture, premium hotel‑quality linens, a brand‑new king mattress, new appliances, fresh coastal décor, and durable LVP flooring installed in 2019. We maintain this condo the way we maintain our own home, and guests feel that difference the moment they walk in.

A Balcony Designed for Real Relaxation
We furnished the balcony with brand‑new HDPE Adirondack bar‑height chairs with integrated tray tables, allowing you to enjoy the full panoramic view comfortably above the railing. We also added a second bar‑height Adirondack set with a matching table, giving families two separate seating areas — perfect for morning coffee, meals, reading, or simply watching the waves. The HDPE material is durable, comfortable, and built to withstand the coastal environment while still looking beautiful.
Comfortable, Family‑Friendly Sleeping Setup
The layout is designed so everyone sleeps well and has space to unpack:
Primary bedroom with a brand‑new king mattress, premium linens, and a 55" Smart TV
Built‑in twin bunks that kids love
Queen‑Plus sleeper sofa in the living room — our only sleeper, and larger than a standard queen pullout
To make the sleeper sofa truly functional, the living room TV console is intentionally left empty so guests sleeping there have dedicated clothing storage. The hallway bathroom includes a deep two‑drawer chest, perfect for kids in the bunks or anyone needing extra space.
All luggage can be stored in our private storage room on the same floor, keeping the condo clean, open, and clutter‑free.

This unit is everything you could ask for when staying in PCB! It’s located in the Splash Resort which is excellent for kids. It has an amazing view of the beach and beach chair service is included during peak season months. Tonya was great through the process of booking this property for our stay. She made sure we all of our documents pre check in and answered any and all questions we had. Unit was very clean upon arrival and had the necessary kitchen supplies to make our meals. The showers had great water pressure. The unit was also decorated nicely with beach/ocean decor creating a nice relaxed vibe. The extra storage unit that comes along with the unit was nice because we could store chairs and other beach supplies in it keeping alot of sand out of the unit itself. You cannot go wrong with this unit. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again.

Tonya has been an amazing host! This condo was very spacious for our family of three (and could have fit more if our family was bigger)! Our daughter enjoyed being here with her own bunk and space! You can tell Tonya and her family take a lot of pride in their condo and are very gracious with their unit! We enjoyed our view (even seen a manatee!) and enjoyed all the amenities available to us! Tonya checked in on us to make sure there we had everything we needed and made us feel like if anything happened we could reach out to her! If you are on the fence about booking this condo, do it! You won’t regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Splash and would definitely stay here again! The condo owner was incredibly responsive and so helpful throughout the entire process. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. We especially appreciated the updated appliances, and the beach views were absolutely amazing.Our kids (10 months to 11 years old) all had a blast! We loved the pools, lazy river, and splash area, and it was nice having everything so close by. Beach access was easy, although a ramp would have made it much easier with a beach wagon.Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation, and we would happily book this condo again!
