Very nice family holidays

We enjoyed one week in the Liwia holiday houses, the rooms were clean and the interior was well usable (incl. sharp knifes in the kitchen), the area of Liwia is fenced such that our children could play safely, as was the parking for our cars. The owners were really kind and helpful, although we did not speak any common language. The location is well located in lively Niechorze, walking to the beach and center of the town within 15min. Our children enjoyed the on-site play ground, which was kept clean and was well equipped with toys.

One has to admit, that Liwia gives a complete and exclusive list of interior. So be aware that a dishwasher and variety of pots for cooking, any coffee cooker, as well as towels are not present. There is one glass, one large and small plate, fork and knife per bed; we were fine, since food is affordable in the city, but the kitchen is bare minimum of what is necessary. We bought plastic cups and bowls to be able to drink instant coffee and water/juice for breakfast. Some of the lights were broken or missing. We particularly missed a second mirror (next to the one in the toilet). In general: the fair price comes with some lack in comfort.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko zarówno do głównego deptaku, plaży jak i jeziora. Duży, przestronny, świetnie wyposażony domek. Kontakt z właścicielami ekspresowy i bezproblemowy, bardzo miłe i pomocne osoby. Ogromne wrażenie zrobił na nas plac zabaw dla dzieci i możliwość korzystania przez nich z rowerów i hulajnóg dostępnych bezpłatnie na terenie ośrodka

Großfamilie Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, mit der Unterkunft, einkaufen wenige Meter bis zur Hauptstraße um z.b. Brötchen zu holen,,ans Meer 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir sind mit unseren Fahrrädern auf sehr guten Radwegen gefahren, Nachbarorte sind zu Fuß, mit elektro Taxi, Fahrrad, Bimmelbahn schnell erreichbar. Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam, wenn was gefehlt hat im Haus haben sie sofort reagiert. Wir hatten ein Straußenei mit und der Vermieter kam gleich nach Anfrage mit ein Akku Schrauber und bohrte für uns zwei Löcher rein und wir hatten eine Pfanne Rührei 😋😁👍

Leider sind da viele Mücken, die Fenster haben nur teilweise Mückenschutz, da müsste noch mehr getan werden Der Grill hat schon seine beste Zeit hinter sich.

Velmi příjemné místo pro rodinu s dětmi.

Bydlení řešené ideálně pro rodiny s dětmi - hřiště přímo uprostřed areálu s ubytováním, mohly si hrát venku samy a bylo na ně vidět z okna. Super jsou dvě oddělené ložnice. Velmi přátelští domácí - na požádání ochotně pomohl nad rámec svých povinností, došel kamsi, aby nám půjčil klíč potřebný k seřízení kola, a byl připravený kdykoliv nezištně pomoci.

V kuchyni by se hodila mikrovlnka, sprchový kout je poměrně stísněný, pokud chcete koupat malé dítě (ale to není chyba sprchového koutu). Postele jsou nečekaně nízké a dvojlůžko má na šířku poměrně skromných 140 cm. To jsou ale drobnosti.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber. Der Fußmarsch zum Strand war auch in Ordnung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

Die Küche ist sehr notdürftig ausgestattet, es gab nur eine Kelle für alles , Gemüse, Soße, Kartoffelbrei. Es ist nichts vorhanden wie zum Beispiel: Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker usw. Der Grill vom Vorgänger wurde nicht sauber gemacht und das Grillrost war voller Tierhaare. Auch war nur ein Abwasch Schwamm vorhanden, nach dem saubermachen des Grills, war dann auch der nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Geschirrtücher waren keine vorhanden. Ein Geschirrspüler gab es nicht, was auch überhaupt kein Problem war, aber dann bitte mehr Hilfsmittel bereit stellen. Wie , Abwaschlappen, Topfreiniger, Geschirrtücher. Die Betten waren bequem nur sehr sehr tief und für zwei Personen etwas schmal.
