Good

We stayed for one night to expand our holiday, do you know that’s also possible in Villa Baltica. Spacious, clean,quiet.

The sinks are very nice but leaking all over when in use.

Everything was nice, even more then nice

Every nigth was very very noisy, party's every nigth. almost every body hand one or more dog's. the place is not really acceptable for small kids. We had to leave earlier because the baby could not sleep of the (Dog) parties. we told it to the host, reaction please do not come in the summer time. About the party's up to 4 a.m. they said, it's not allowed, but we can not do anything if people do it. It was extreme hot, room temperture over 29 celcius. our kids ( 3 year) got sick of the heat and the lack of sleep. we had to go 1 day earlier. PS the accomodations (hot-tup and sauna) are not included in the price. We are still waiting on the childerens chair. it's a 6 persons house. but with only 4 chairs. I had to sit on the side table.

Very nice stay close to the beach

Location is great, the host is very nice and helpful. The venue is pet friendly and a perfect place for stay at seaside with family and friends.

It was hard to lock the doors of the chalet and a few items were missing like cutting board, but overall, we highly recommend this place on the Baltic coast.

Enjoyed our stay

English speaking hosts. Reacted swift on requests for extra bedlinen. Apartment was very clean and fresh on arrival. Furniture and appliances are simple but sufficient. We could park inside the fence every day. Our 8 person apartment had 2 real 2 person beds, two large sleeping sofa’s and one 1 person sofa. Beds and sofa’s were not super comfortable but were ok enough. Nice bathroom, separate toilet. We only had breakfast and slept there. Most of the other time we were at the beach or in the towns of Niechorze and Rewal. Both can be reached on foot (Niechorze 10 min, Rewal 20 min). An entry to the beach is nearby (5 min walk). Beach is great here. And around us was a lot to do for kids.

Two bunk beds with good matresses would be better than sofa’s.

Saubere & gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist zwar etwas klein, dafür aber sehr bequem. Der Strand ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Besonders positiv war, dass wir unseren Check-out ohne zusätzliche Kosten verlängern durften. Für vier Personen ist die Unterkunft ideal geeignet.

Die Couch war leider schon sehr durchgelegen.

Piękne domki, ale nieco do poprawy :)

Ładnie zaprojektowane domki z dużą ilością miejsca - nie ma mebli na meblach, jest swoboda ruchu. Pięknie zagospodarowane wokół, zielono, dużo kwitów i krzewów. Dostępne grille, których jest sporo i śmiało można korzystać.

Brak podstawowych narzędzi zarówno w kuchni, jak i łazience. Brak ręczników, brak mydła, ścierek w kuchni czy papierowych ręczników. Szkoda, że domki są jeden przy drugim, nie ma swobody w siedzeniu na tarasie (który swój drogą mógłby być ogrodzony).

Super Lage an der See, höfliche Bevölkerung, es war sehr sauber, Heizgebühren wurden uns nicht zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt, die Räume waren bei teilweise 3 Grad Außentemeratur ausreichend warm, Dankeschön

Wir kommen wieder!

Am schönsten war das Aufwachen und der wunderbare Ausblick🤩 Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern. Die Raumtemperatur konnte in jedem Zimmer individuell eingestellt werden. Die Kids haben sich um das gut funktionierende WLAN gefreut 😂 Jeder Einzelne von uns hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt!

Das Häuschen war von der Größe her komplett ausreichend. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Auch gab es genug an Geschirr etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Niezwykle udany i satysfakcjonujący pobyt:)

Lokalizacja nieco na uboczu, świeże powietrze i to właśnie najbardziej lubimy. Łatwo można dostać się do ścisłego centrum. Bardzo zadbany obiekt z dużą ilością zieleni. Przemiły, uczciwy i bardzo empatyczny gospodarz, zaproponował udogodnienia, których się nie spodziewaliśmy :) Jesteśmy wdzięczni i będziemy wracać. Wspaniały pobyt - polecamy serdecznie.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Lage Sauberkeit Ausstattung

Schlüsselübergabe Ansprechpartner vor Ort ziemlich unfreundlich. Straße bzw. Weg zur Villa Baltika eigentlich nicht mehr befahrbar! Nicht geteert ! Riesige und viele tiefe Schlaglöcher! Bei Regen riesige Schlammlöcher. Bei trockenem Wetter extrem staubig! Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal da , seitdem hat sich der Weg um einiges verschlechtert.

Die Lage. Der Strand ist gut erreichbar.

Die Treppe in der Wohnung ist sehr steil und für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig sodass man die Nachbarn hört. Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine Decke für die Couch wünschenswert gewesen.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft war schön anzusehen. Der Hof war sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Im großen und Ganzen waren wir alle zufrieden.

Bad und Dusche in der normalen Unterkunft waren sehr eng. Betten etwas klein für Erwachsene. Ansonsten war alles super. 👍🏻

Schöne Unterkunft und tolle Lage, leider aber viel zu laut und hellhörig.

Unterkunft ist sauber, man kommt gut zurecht als Familie. Wir waren 7 Tage dort, weiteres bei was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Sehr sehr hellhörig und die Gäste aus dem Innland sind unangenehm laut gewesen bis tief in die Nacht, woran die Unterkunft zwar keine Schuld hat, vllt könnte man aber eher darüber hinweisen. Es fehlt in der Küche an Kleinigkeiten, es gibt keine Handschuhe für den Ofen, kein Toaster und allgemein hatten wir schon unterkünftig auch in Polen wo die Ausstattung besser war.

Ubytování hodnotíme celkově kladně. Jen nás trochu zklamal přístup pana správce. Prakticky si přišel jen pro městskou da

Ubytování je v klidné části Niechorze. Do městečka cca 20 minut procházky a od moře asi 10 minut. Ubytování bylo čisté, moderní. Dá se sedět venku před “chatkou”..

Nevýhodou je, že je hodně slyšet z okolních apartmánů. Ale s tím člověk musí v tomto typu ubytování počítat.

Příjemné ubytování

Blízkost pobřeží, pro vnučku dětské vyžití ( pískoviště, prolézačky, pěkný trávník na různé hry). Klidné místo, mezi dvěmi městy, tak že žádný ruch z okolí.

V domečku nám chyběla mikrovlnka a koupelna je poměrně malá. Příjezdová cesta dost prašná, po dešti blátivá.

Wir würden wieder buchen, weil es wirklich schön war.

Die Lage ist super, die Kinder konnten schön spielen und der Service war gut. Die Häuser sind wirklich schön und man kommt schnell mit anderen Urlaubern ins Gespräch. Zum Strand ist es ein ganzes Stück, das sollte einem vorher bewusst sein.

Die Häuser sind sehr hellhörig und in der Küche ist an sich nur das nötigste vorhanden. Mir hat auch beim Kochen das ein oder andere gefehlt. Trotzdem war es eine tolle Unterkunft und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wygodnie i na uboczu

Sporo przestrzeni między domkami, domki nowoczesne, teren dobrze zagospodarowany i utrzymany. Parking blisko. Cicha okolica. Można fajnie spędzać czas w pokojach, w salonie lub na tarasie (zależnie od pogody). Dobre oświetlenie (barwa, ilość), dużo gniazdek. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, 2 łazienki (tzn. łazienka i WC). Wygodne łóżka (choć skrzypią). Nie słychać nic z innych domków. .

W porównaniu z sypialnia rodziców (przeszklona, z panoramicznym widokiem), sypialnia dla dzieci była jak zwykły pokój na poddaszu (brak widoku, mało światła dziennego, nie było moskitiery w okienku i nie było klimy) ale przy tej pogodzie było to w zupełności wystarczające, okienko dachowe dobrze odprowadzało ciepło. Niektóre domki mają klimatyzator split, warto sprawdzić/dopytać jeśli to istotne
