Auf Grund der Holzbauweise heizten sich die Häuser ziemlich schnell auf. Und da ist es sehr gut dass es in jedem Haus eine Klimaanlage gibt, die in der oberen Etage montiert ist und das ganze Haus runter kühlt

Lokalizacja, komfort i wyposazenie domku, blisko do plaży.
Niestety w okresie naszego pobytu na sasiedniej dzialce odbywaly sie ciezkie prace budowlane. Zarzadzajacy obiektem powinien o tym uprzedzic.

Uns hat alles gefallen, die Nähe zur Ostsee die Lage und Ausstattung der Anlage. Fußläufig geht man die Promenade an der Ostsee entlang in den Stadtkern, mit jeder Menge Läden. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus, wo auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet wurde, wie z.B. Salz , Pfeffer , Tabs für die Spülmaschine etc.
Die Angabe das Hunde inklusive sind und vor Ort dann 150 Pln kassiert werden.
