Das kleine Ferienhaus ist insgesamt sehr modern und extrem gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung Innen und Außen war sehr neuwertig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Betten und schöne Zimmer. Ausstattung der Küche war besonders gut.
- Parkplatz vor der Tür vorhanden.
- Einkaufsläden und Bäcker fußläufig in 3 bis 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
- WLAN funktioniert sehr stabil und gut.
- Bietet eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu den verschiedenen Stränden im Westen und Südwesten Kretas.
- Wanderwege durch die Olivenplantage in der Nähe.
- Die Umgebung des Hauses ist extrem touristisch und nicht wirklich schön. Dient aber als gute Basis für Ausflüge und das Haus selbst mit Pool ist schön.
- Nach 5 Tagen hatten wir ziemlich viel Müll und wussten nicht wirklich wohin damit.
- Staubsauger zur Reinigung wäre sinnvoll.
- Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mir fast schon ein wenig zu viel.

We had a superb stay at the Sun Ray Beach Life Villa. Would definitely come back if we were in the Chania area again. There were four of us (parents with 2 adult children) and the villa was the perfect size. The villa was clean, extremely well appointed, showing no signs of wear and tear despite our stay being relatively late in the season. The wifi was reliable and fast, and so was the air-conditioning. Our liaison, Eva, was extremely helpful and friendly, and answered the few queries we had promptly. The pool was great, as was the jacuzzi. The location was brilliant - we didn't have a car, but it didn't matter. The villa is about 4 minutes walk from a supermarket and the "main drag" of Agia Marina, with plenty of decent restaurants, and maybe another minute's walk to the (very nice) beach and seafront, but it is set back from the main street and feels nicely private. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending.
Honestly I wouldn't change anything.

This is actually one of the best accommodations that we ever had !
Has got 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, one of them had a Bosch washing machine.
Has got 3 air conditioner units very useful in summer but in winter, too, being revers cycle.
Has got a wonderful swimming pool, sheltered from the sun in the evening, but heated by the sun all day.
Has got a spa, but we didn`t use it.
Has got a big barbeque, you can buy wood or charcoal from the big supermarkets in Chania.
Accommodation is very quite, safe, there is a fence all around the house, CCTV, alarm system.
Everything looks like brand new !
There are 2 parking spots right in front of the villa !
Everything is walking distance : supermarket 2 minutes, beach 5 minutes (Haris place across the street has got the best spot with no rocks in the water, free sunbeds. free umbrellas and divine cocktails at the bar).
Unfortunately it wasn`t for sale !

We loved this villa and can't wait to return!
Very clean, spacious & modern.
Outdoor space was perfect will pool out the front & hot tub out the back.
Travelled as a couple but villa would be perfect for small family.
Had a small issue with hot water but got in touch with hosts who called a plumber to sort the issue straight away
