Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from Unit 304, a beautifully updated beachfront condo designed for comfort and relaxation. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath unit accommodates up to six guests and features tile flooring throughout. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is stocked with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning brew. A stylish dry bar, granite bathroom vanities, and updated LED lighting add to the unit’s upscale feel. The living room offers a comfortable fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a large 70-inch high-definition TV with a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, a 42-inch TV, and a private bathroom with a tub. The guest bedroom also includes a king bed, ceiling fan, a 32-inch TV, and easy access to the guest bathroom, which features a tub as well.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in the beauty of Destin’s emerald waters. Watch dolphins play offshore, feel the ocean breeze, and unwind as you soak in the spectacular beachfront views—this is coastal living at its best.
This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

We really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of this vacation . Our room was wonderful and very comfortable ! It had everything we needed and felt like home. The two king beds were soooo comfortable and we slept so well. The kitchen had everything . We cooked in a few meals which is great to enjoy the beach longer some days. We appreciate the two chairs that come with the room I just wish we didn’t have to go down so early and sit a few hours until she came around to reserve them since it states you can’t reserve them with a towel. They took our name down in past years and they put it on our chairs . But it was still wonderful and we will be back next year ! This resort is a well kept secret. We love the family atmosphere !

Unit is very nice and well laid out. Location is fantastic. Grounds are nice. Our unit, however was not super clean when we checked in. Carpets had not been vacuumed, every single coffee cup and several dinner plates in the cupboards were dirty. And not just a little dirty, really dirty. Almost like they’d been put in the dishwasher but the washer had been unloaded without running it! The garbage disposal did not work and there was no notice about that. So when we ran the dishwasher it started backing up. The worst thing though was the smell in the refrigerator. We think the prior guests must’ve gone fishing and put their catch in it. The freezer in particular was very fishy, but the refrigerator too smelled like fish. Every time we opened the door we’d get a huge nasty whiff. Very unpleasant. Housekeeping definitely needs to be put on notice!!! It’s a shame too because the condo is lovely.

The room was great, the beach rental service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well-kept.Unfortunately, check-in was a disaster. We arrived at noon and asked about early check-in—something we understand isn’t always possible. But we weren’t let into our room until after 5 PM, which is well past the standard check-in time. When we called to check on the status, there was no apology or courtesy—just a cold reminder that we had “signed an agreement” acknowledging this could happen. The reason given was a “high turnover day.” If that’s expected, hire extra help. Instead, we watched multiple staff members sitting around or taking smoke breaks while guests waited for hours in the lobby.We don’t expect special treatment, but we do expect basic hospitality and respect for our time—especially when paying a premium price. Sadly, this experience soured the start of our trip. Would not stay here again.
