Located on the 7th floor and just one unit away from the end of the building, you'll enjoy unobstructed views of the emerald waters and white sand from one of the closest locations to the beach in the complex. Whether you're watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or winding down as the sun dips below the horizon, the scenery is something you'll look forward to every day of your stay.
Inside, this cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. Tile flooring throughout creates a fresh coastal feel, while the comfortable furnishings make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals and includes both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig so everyone can enjoy their favorite morning brew. The open layout keeps everyone connected, and the 65-inch TV with a DVD player is positioned so it can be enjoyed from both the living room and kitchen, making movie nights or catching the big game easy no matter where you are.
The living room features a comfortable sofa sleeper and a reclining chair, providing plenty of space to relax after a day on the beach and accommodations for up to six guests.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a standing floor fan, a 32-inch TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, a standing floor fan, and its own 32-inch TV, with a second full bathroom just steps away.
To make your vacation even more enjoyable, the owners have thoughtfully stocked the condo with a selection of beach toys, puzzles, and board games for guests to enjoy. Since these are personal items provided by the owners, the selection may vary from stay to stay.
Outside your condo, you'll find everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Spend the day lounging by the beachfront pool, enjoy a friendly match on the tennis or pickleball courts with complimentary equipment available from the front desk, or take the private boardwalk straight to the sugar-white sand.
Your stay also includes two complimentary beach chairs and one beach umbrella from March 1 through October 31, with beach attendants setting everything up each morning and taking it down each evening. Need additional seating? Extra chairs and umbrellas are available to rent right on the beach.
For added convenience, the property offers two laundry rooms with pay-per-use washers and dryers, along with towel exchange on designated days during your stay.

The place we stayed at was great! A great view, clean room, organized, and short walk to the beach! However we went to check in and showed up early- not a huge deal to wait until 4pm which was check in time- however we asked if we could check in early, so they had us do a pre check in at 10am and the girl said the room would be ready slightly after 12. The room was ready at 2:30pm. We wouldn’t have minded waiting longer but it was poor communication on their end! No complaints about the owner of the room or the room itself!

A friend and I booked this condo for a four day weekend over Memorial Day weekend. The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for just the two of us. It’s a cozy condo with plenty of seats and the perfect amount of kitchen supplies. The supplies in the kitchen could easily work for six people. However, because the restrooms are small, I would not suggest more than four people in this condo at a time. I do give this condo for stars. The only thing that I would change and the one reason I would not book this condo again is the hardness of the beds. The mattresses were extremely hard. I eventually slept on the couch. The last two nights and the couch is not really made for sleeping while it does have a pull out bed. It’s not that comfortable either.If the mattresses were upgraded or even pillow top toppers put on it. I would definitely come back, but not with those mattresses. 2200 for a four day weekend the expectation would be to have comfortable beds. Everything else great.

Hi my family of 6 recently stayed here for a little beach trip before school starting. Great location. It was very quiet which we loved. I also loved the fact that beach chairs and umbrella were included too. Made that pretty convenient. However I did have a few drawbacks. This condo needs some serious updating. Everything is so old. Kitchen you can see all the rust and bathrooms are old. But overall I couldn’t complain too much because we were right on the beach and being able to open that back patio door and hear the waves were awesome. My kids loved it.
