From **March 1 through October 31**, your stay includes **two beach chairs and one umbrella**, professionally set up and taken down each day by beach attendants. Inside, the condo offers a comfortable, updated interior with attractive hardwood-look flooring throughout, creating a warm and welcoming space that's perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Whether you're enjoying a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home.
The fully equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with the basic essentials needed to prepare meals, snacks, and your favorite morning coffee before heading out for another day of fun.
The living room is designed with gathering in mind, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large 60-inch TV, and a DVD player—ideal for family movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a standing fan for personalized comfort, a 33-inch TV, and a DVD player. The attached en-suite bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower, providing a refreshing place to start or end your day.
The guest bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen-size bed with a full-size trundle bed, making it a great space for children or additional guests. A standing fan, 19-inch TV, and DVD player add extra comfort and entertainment. A second full bathroom ensures everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the day's adventures.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The patio offers a fantastic ocean view, which made for relaxing mornings and evenings. The unit is nicely furnished, and the beds and bedding were especially comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.There were a couple of minor downsides. The toaster didn’t work very well—it tended to burn toast on one side while leaving the other barely toasted. Also, the TV in the second bedroom is quite small.Overall, though, these were small issues compared to the positives, and we had a great stay!

I didn’t use the pool but everything was great. Walked the beach and found a place for a frozen drink. Easy access to washer dryer and no problem with it being busy. If you want a nice gym it’s a bit dated but that’s coming from someone that works out daily sonI notice old equipment. If that’s not important to you it will not be an issue. I will say there is a lot of construction at the place so with elevators shut down and construction workers walking the place you are not feeling as resort like. These might be small things but the stuff in hallways and at the entrance might annoy some. As far as the place it was great and in great shape, everything worked, was clean.
