Welcome to your coastal escape! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, accommodating a family of up to eight. Thoughtfully furnished and designed for relaxation, this first-floor unit makes it easy to enjoy the sights and sounds of the shoreline from the moment you arrive.
Step inside to find tile flooring throughout the main living areas and plush carpet in both bedrooms, creating a warm and comfortable retreat. The living room features a leather sofa, a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests, a ceiling fan, and a large 65" flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay, along with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig so everyone can enjoy their favorite brew. Share meals at the dining table or sip your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf Coast. The master bedroom offers a peaceful atmosphere with a king bed, ceiling fan, and 50" TV, plus an in-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, featuring a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for children or additional guests. A second full bathroom ensures plenty of space and convenience for the entire group.
This condo includes high-speed internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort.
During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. With so much to enjoy, it’s easy to see why visitors return to Holiday Isle year after year.
Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless being used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

I had a fabulous stay with my family. The first floor location was perfect for easy access to the beach with my 2 and 4 year olds. The beach service was great each day, and we had no problem getting chairs for our beach set up. We loved playing at the beach and using the pool! We will be coming back!
