Close to Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. Walking to Pollensa within 15 minutes is possible but road MA-2201 is really busy. Good in combination with finca Villa Sort or L'Encis.
Pool cannot be heated.

decent beds & swimming pool
1) tiles in swimming pool came loose. 2)constant smell of sewage in garage area. 3) air conditioning kept switching off during the night. 4) dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly. 5) Upstairs area was too warm to watch TV & sleep, and therefore we slept with 3 persons in the double bed downstairs. 6) bathrooms & kitchen were not clean. 7) the property was too close to a busy road.
