Room big , shower excellent, great location for walking into town 25 minutes easy along the river

Booked this because it says parking, parking is off site and very limited book in advance, we ended up spending an hour trying to find a space, yes it's a busy area, breakfast was basic. Lift is I am sure older than the building. Slow , unbelievably slow.

I liked the price, keyless entry, option for private parking 500 meters away from hotel (7 min walk), good shower, not too far from town centre (25 min walk) or Alhambra (40 min walking up).

The smallest double bed I have ever slept in on my travels and extra long pillows that make no sense for two people sleeping in the same bed. They are too long to be put side by side so we had to use one for both of us. Every time one of us was trying to adjust their side ended up waking up the other. We had no good night sleep during our stay. Pictures in the advert are MISLEADING. They show luxury rooms with pictures from the past when it had scored 8 on booking.com. Situation now is worse. Our room was nothing like the pictures. Breakfast was a joke. A bun sliced in half, toasted and given with one little pack of butter and one little pack of jam. Oh and two individually wrapped mini cakes. You get stuff like that in your normal hotel room that does not offer breakfast. There was no kettle, no cups, no coffee or tea,no bin, no wardrobe in our room. Another strange thing was breakfast dining area right outside our window. Once people started coming there for breakfast we could hear everything.
