Ramada by Wyndham Jeju City Hall

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a proper desk and seating area, which was a nice touch. The location is very convenient, with easy bus access to both the airport and the city center. Good soundproofing, too.

The amenities in the room and bathroom felt a bit basic for a Ramada property. I think a few more toiletries, like lotion, separate shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, would have been a welcome addition.

It was comfortable and clean.

The AC wasn’t working and it was hot in the room.

Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM and fills up quickly with tourists. On my first day, I arrived at 9:00 AM, but most of the good food was already gone. The next day, I tried going at 7:30 AM, but the restaurant was already overcrowded.

To improve the guest experience, it would be wonderful if the restaurant could consistently replenish the food until the very end of service. This would allow guests to enjoy a high-quality breakfast at any time without worrying about crowds or missing out on the best items.

1, Location is good. Not in the busiest area but you can get to the shopping area easily by bus or Uber. The neighborhood is quite good. 2, The room is spacious.

1, Certain staff’s English proficiency needs to be improved. The staff who dealt with my check-in spoke very poor English. He couldn’t grasp the basic information, so it took me quite some time to communicate with him. 2, The wall and the door is not soundproof AT ALL. Every early morning there are some guests talking loudly in the corridor. We can hear almost every single word. Couldn’t sleep well for few days.
