Top Island Hotel

It is a good value for the money. We enjoyed the digital easy self check-in and check-out, as well as the self-service convenience store. The triple room had a good size, as all our 3 large luggage pieces fit well to open. The location just next to the airport is great if you have an early flight. There are 3 parking spaces in front.

The air-conditioning above the bed was very old and made a load noise. It is not very clean. They should do some cleaning under the bed, as there were many lost&found items there since some months ago, along with a bunch of dust.

Bonne établissement surtout pour le prix, l’emplacement est à côté d’un carrefour, mais dans un quartier assez calme assez authentique de Jeju. Il y’a en plus des places pour garer une voiture ce qui est non négligeable surtout sur l’île.

Mur assez fin, donc on entend assez facilement ce qui se passe dans le couloir.

The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. I loved the hot bath - exceptionally usefull when low outdoor temperature. The localisation - near the airport, not that far from the main Bus Terminal (12 min on foot), close to small shop (Nice to CU) and restaurants. Everyday cleaning and new towels were also a nice feature. At the lobby hot water and coffee available as well as fast food. Possibile to leave the luggage before or after your stay (in the lobby, no security, only CCTV). Not very crowded do easy to extend our stay (3x!). Amenities like shampoo, washing gel, toothbrush available.

No self-regulation of the room temperature (too hot and only a small window to open). No boiling water available in the hot water dispenser in the lobby so only green tea to prepare instead of black one. Difficult communication with the host - only in korean, misunderstanding in translations, late response. Stains on the walls and sheets - the hotel is not new, it would need some restoration. Not very quiet - not accusticproof doors - you can easily hear all the conversation on the corridor - and outside road. No electric plugs next to bed (only 1,5m above, next to air conditioning). No reading lights.

The location is peaceful with a convenience store nearby and a few minutes away from the airport.

The room is small and a little dusty. The restroom has no bidet. The supplies they provide are for two people while we are three people occupying the room.
