The location was very convenient, and the room was surprisingly huge. We also appreciated the parking, the air conditioning, and especially the very good price. CONVENIENCE store just outside the Hotel.
The main downside is that the hotel feels quite old. The walls and flooring are dated, and require refreshing. There was a noticeable smell of dampness and age throughout the hotel. The towels were also very small.

For some reason the staff came into our room at 9 in the morning which was pretty questionable

Cheap price and good location inside of Jeju city, staff didn’t speak English but was very friendly and knew how to use translation programs
Rooms were a little dirty and didn’t seem to be cleaned daily

Excellent location, very close to the bus terminal.
A huge advantage was that we could leave our luggage there for an entire day while we took an overnight trip to another part of the island.
The bed linen was clean.
The room felt stuffy and lacked fresh air.
Sound insulation was poor. One night the neighbors were quite loud, and in the morning we could clearly hear people talking in the hallway.
