Good value for money

The owner (and her dog) were very friendly. The AC worked perfectly.

I missed mosquito nets on the windows - we wanted to be on the balcony in the evening, but the balcony door wasn't able to be closed from outside and mosquitos flew into our room. The AC could've been in the living room and not in the bedroom.

We had a very pleasant weekend. The best stay so far in Orikum. Excellent fish soup ar Nettuno Beach restaurant.

Absolutely Manuela and her family who we're always kind and nice to us, we had the feeling tò be at some friends' house. The restaurant ( especially the mussels) and the service on the beach were the top!

At rezidenca Sinani you feel like home ,you have all you need immediately when you search for it ... restaurant of rezidenca is exellent ...it is perfect for vacations with family too . Ps.You have also sunbeds free 😀

The apartment is clean and quiet with thick blinds on all windows and balcony doors, keeping the sun away and making the room livable even without the AC switched on. Free sunbeds at Nettuno beach are provided for the guests of Residence Sinani. Everyone was nice and friendly. Klaudia made an exception for us and let us check out later than listed in booking at no additional cost.

It's a 15-min walk from the beach if that could be considered not-likeable. :)

The Luxury you deserve !

This place is the whole package ! The host Ela is wonderful ! The coffees, the breakfast , the delicious home grown veggies ! The location is wonderful ! You have the best of both worlds ! You get the feeling of being in an amazing village while you see the crystal Clear beach from your room ! If you have children is amazing . They will play with so many kids in front of the hotel later on at night when you are back from the beach and sitting in the patio . The owners have a restaurant right by the beach . Order what you like and the host will make for you ! Think of it as your mom’s place ! Love , care , sun , beach , and amazing food !!!

Amazing hotel with a family feel to it. You were part of the family once you visited. Very clean, very safe, great location and they help find services for you, such as boat rides around Karaburun.
